I wonder if you could take these to a belt sander and grind down the entire bottom to where it would leave a lot smaller nubs and be good for the golf course. Same thing no?

considering the vast majority of courses are soft-spike facilities...i kinda feel like that's a horrible idea. keep em as baseball cleats and save yourself some time?

there are websites, customcleats.com, that will put golf spikes on the bottom of any shoe....don't have to ruin a great pair of cleats

Exactly, just buy whatever Js you want and cleat 'em. It's a little less ridiculous.

i've heard about that custom cleats site, but something just seems off about these. it seems like they cut off the bottom of an old shoe and just glued it on.

if you look through those sites, a vast majority of those Jordans are fake. a bit easier to swallow ruining 60 dollar fake concord's if you ask me, but still horrible none the less.

and to those say they just cut out an old pair of golf shoes bottoms, well, yeah, that's exactly how the process works. its not pretty, a lot of these custom cleats look more Frankenstein than anything else.

I actually sent a few pairs to custom cleats a few years back for baseball, my school signed a Reebok deal and I hated the spikes so I customed some John Wall's and sent them to get cleated. It was a pretty Frankenstein-ed job but they held up surprisingly well.

Hmm, appears to be a Nike dunk low golf. Just colored in the "Chicago" colorway.

The only problem with this is all the so called "Sneakerheads" bought them up and now they are going for $400-600 on Ebay! Nobody probably got the chance to get them retail because everyone is out to make a buck!

Well that's what theyre listed for...but people aren't even paying $300 for them with free shipping. You can get those pretty close to retail (plus tax) at this point.
