I've worn my chukkas in rain and fairways that I would literally sink 2+ inches down into as I walked across them. No problems with wetness whatsoever.

That was my initial plan when I found out what happened but I can't find them in the sizes I need or a site that will have them before 6/25. I had ordered them when budget had the 20% off all shoes, so I'll wait and see what happens.

Haha I really didn't want to either but I had a tee time at a really nice course that I drove down to. I was hoping the whole way there the rain had missed them or had dried a bit...but nope. It was awful, the wettest I've ever seen a course. Chukkas performed like champs though.

I got home from my trip today, big Nike package waiting with Lunar Bandon 3's, and the new Zoom Attack.

 

Bandon's are sweet fit perfect.

 

 

What in the hell is going on with the Zoom Attack? Why is the shoe (in the same size as my other Nike's) like 1 1/2" too long. Seriously, WTF is this? These are nowhere near anything Nike as far as sizing, what a damn joke.

 

Yuck, seems cheap, can't get them returned fast enough. This is a $175 shoe. you have got to be kidding me. I would pay $350 for a pair of Premiere's before I would pay $175 for this. I am insulted and only paid $132.

 

Wait, didn't you order your Bandon's from Golfsmith during the 25% off sale? Mine haven't even shipped. And now it's showing 2 pairs of Lunar Bandon's on my order for some godforsaken reason. I gotta e-mail them and find out what's going on.

 

Ugh, I see the Bandon's aren't even listed on their site anymore. I'm going to be annoyed if I didn't get a pair shipped and they ran out, especially since I bought them using a gift card, I don't need anymore dang GS credit.

 

Well, I finally received my Bandon's yesterday (they actually delivered to my work last week when I was on vacation despite their website still saying "awaiting shipment"). They shipped me the wrong size. Instead of a 9.5 I got a 9. So, hooray, they are too tight. Now they want me to pay to send them back for exchange which will be something like $20. Golfsmith is such a clusterfuck sometimes.

Yup. Same situation here. I bought the lunar fires and bandon's from that ebay $80 for $100 deal. They'll just give you store credit back. I assume I probably won't be able to get an exchange on the Bandon's if I return them so i'll most likely get GS credit and i'll just sit on it until they have another sale I guess.

I had a feeling that might be the case. I have NOTHING I want to buy right now. I wanted to use it towards a wedge set, but they do not have the RTX cb 2.0 wedges in satin, so I ordered from GG this morning.

 

I may have to buy another par of Premiere's if I can't find anything else. They don't seem to have any new Nike pants in my size either.

 

I suppose I will find something....

Man went to PGASS in Southlake, TX yesterday to see if they had any AM90's....

 

Nothing. So I sat there and tried on some of the Chukka's and just still not liking the way they are on my feet for some reason. Going to try and hit Golfsmith or something sometime.

No problemo. Did you ship your Zoom Attack's back? Have any luck getting GS to pay for return shipping? The Bandon's come in a freaking HUGE box, 22 bucks UPS ground shipping was the cheapest I can find. Might try to get the mailroom at work to ship them for me since they get a discount for doing so much business with UPS at least. USPS was even more expensive.

yep, they arrived back yesterday. Yes, I ate almost $10 to ship back priority. No big deal, as the shoes were 100% a no-go, some of the issues with online shoe ordering, have to eat a shipping cost at times.

 

Oh my, that box they sent the 2 pairs in was enormous. I was lucky to have a smaller box at home, that the shoe box fit in perfectly.

 

I have been on the fence about a ClicGear, as my buddies I play with use em. I suppose this would be a good opportunity. I just wish that 15% worked on em.

I can actually fit my foot in the liner of a size 10.5 and even 10 AM90. This wasn't possible with the Premieres even in a wide. They do seem a tad bit narrower once inside the shoe.
