Does anyone know how the zoom attack and the Zoom 90 pair fit compared to the LC4? The LC4's fit a bit long for me so I had to size down 1/2 a size. Thanks in advance.

Which one is more comfortable between the air max 90 and the chukka? No stores seem to have any out here in Utah.

I would say the max 90s are more comfortable. I had the chukka but were too narrow for me. The 90s are hands down most comfortable golf shoe I've owned thus far

 

Interesting....liked the Chukka's but was worried they were too wide n clunky for me, I prefer mine as and minimal as possible. Saw a few pics on players and they still seemed a bit bulky to me, not thin at all, so I was writing them off. Thanks for the info, they are back on the 'maybe' list. Gonna have to hunt some down and try them on now I suppose, which is usually a precursor to bad things happening next!!

I'd like to add that I'm a Chukka owner and love them, but I will say that I just tried on some of the 90s about 20 minutes ago. They are probably the most comfortable golf shoe I've ever put on. I've got my size dialed in so I'm just trying my damnedest to wait patiently until the Infrareds drop.

 

On another note, my Edwin Watts store manager was telling me something about some new chukkas that are going to be released later this year in like 4 different colors that are supposedly under wraps. He said they look like hightop football cleats, and the ones he saw were in a Ducks colorway. Have you heard anything about these, Mula? My first thought was that he was talking about Bandons or something, but he seemed pretty sure about what he was saying.

 

Any idea of when the infrared's might drop?

No idea, it could be 7/1 or shortly before. Could very well be after. Mula saw them in hand but no date has been disclosed.

FOR ME, I like the fit of the Zoom Attack the most simply because it's pretty much a copy of TW 11s, LC4 is the best non-TW golf shoes and a big step up in terms of comfort from LC3, Lunar Fires....I bought it for the color.

I think Zoom Attack is your best bet, fit great, look "classic ish" and great traction, but if you want something "bright" then go with Lunar Fires.

I don't have the zoom attack, only the Lunar Control 4 and Zoom 90.

 

Lunar Control 4 and Zoom 90 fit me true to size, the 90 has more snugger fit with the sock-like booty.

 

Zoom Fire, size-wise. They do run a little long, I got my true size and I did not experience any heel slip, some have, from what I have heard.

 

I always wear thick socks, so maybe that helps the 'grip' to the sole? I've walked and played 18 in the lunar fire and no complaints when playing in them, especially comfort. Top-Notch.

The dates are not concrete. For example the Air Zoom 90s are marked 7/1 and are already out, the white just got added. I haven't seen the navy yet, but the phantom/gum LF1 that just got added isn't even in the catalog, neither were the multicolor Chukkas when they were released. I'm pretty sure that the PK catalogs were POCs that were posted for internal circulation but were discovered with some Google Fu. They'll give you a good idea of upcoming releases but I wouldn't follow the dates as anything but guidelines for some stuff.

If you read my post you'd see that I pointed out how the Air Zoom 90s are marked for 7/1 and are already out. The black ones came out weeks ago. The dates are pretty much meaningless. The navy ones could come out 7/1, they could come out after 7/1, they could get added tomorrow.
