So, the burning question of the day....................I have heard the ANGC has a wine cellar with contents worth more than the golf course itself.

Being that there are, apparently, less than 250 Master Sommeliers in the world; the question then is "Does ANGC have a Master Sommelier

in their employ?"

Seems like it just had 938 or the number of the last page before. But then again I am not always the most observant. I am looking for the advantage. Inquiring minds want to know.

These are the problems that arise when you try to reformat a site on the cheap. It’s probably very expensive anyway but by no means are they using a top notch company. I have shown my son some of the problems and they are easily fixed apparently. We will just have to be patient and hope eventually it will all be fixed.

That is exactly what I am on---- I know medical theories are like any other theory but that is a comfort to know that MAYBE it helps. The only reason I am on them is because my BP is a little high for DOT Standards. Back in my younger slimmer days I actually had low BP.

Second death in Queensland was around four miles from home in a hospital, our neighbour across the road is a nurse in that hospital, getting too close for comfort. Supposed to be having a blood test as a follow up to my immunity problem, not going, we have a doctors appointment in just over a week and we should be able to have that via video link. The only thing to be sorted at present is how we receive our paper script as up to now it is the only legal way to obtain medication from the pharmacy.

I am on blood pressure meds called karvia and it does a good job. DW has perfect blood pressure, doctor is always amazed at how good it is.

Basically the anarchy point is what I told a co-worker who is originally from Ohio. I told him a stay at home order would not fly here if folks did not want it to---- Too many rednecks well armed in this part of the country. What is funny here is the local press has asked several Law enforcement agencies who is going to enforce the Gov's rules. No one has stepped forward and they keep passing the buck. They have reached out to the Gov's office several times and so far no response. I know the poor cops here have their plates full with regular duties because crime from what I have seen has not slowed down any

Not just now but, really, at all times, our societies work because 99% of us want our societies to work and thus obey the laws.

If only 30% of us decided we wanted anarchy tomorrow then that's what we would have.

We have our own variety of redneck and they are spreading the virus by going out in groups, parties etc. many of them are now sick with the virus and also several are now no longer with us. Back packers are causing trouble so they are being deported. All persons now entering Australia are being quarantined in hotels where they cannot leave the room, all food is being given free by the government and they have to stay there for two weeks. Police are visiting homes of those supposed to be self isolating and if they are not in they are fined on the spot $1000. The government has now banned public gathering to two people and they must be family, over 70s are told to stay home, doctors are seeing patients on line so our whole country is now in lockdown.

it is only going to get worse before it gets better and several of our leaders are now talking about how China is going to suffer after this is all over.

the other thing I cannot understand is the food markets that caused the problem initially are once again open and selling exactly the same stuff, the Chinese government is supporting them, the only difference is they now have armed guards to stop anyone taking photographs.

And in other news today, I saw my first cut lawn of the season during my morning constitutional. March 29th is the earliest I have ever seen a lawnmower in action in these parts! I even heard another one going this afternoon. I guess I may have to get to the bottom of my starting issues a little sooner than I thought, although I really don't think I need to be cutting anything just yet, particularly when it's new sod. Will have to have a conversation with the landscaper on that subject. The bigger question maybe where I get a mower serviced during this lockdown...

I found this website that is tracking golf in all 50 states. It's somewhat of a fluid situation as to which states are allowing

golf or not as some did allow it but have changed or are changing their minds and not allowing. An interesting 2 minute

read, lol. Are golf courses open where you live? Golf course openings and closures by all 50 states

Looks a lot like Australia, no one knows what they can do and in some areas no one seems to care or take any notice of official orders.

Had our monthly quota of 12 bottles delivered last week, three bottles left over from the last consignment. We usually have a drop around 8.30/9.00 twice a week.

Australia has now put a quota on wine spirits and beer to stop hoarding, you can only purchase 12 bottles of wine a day, shock horror, don’t know how I am going to cope.

tomorrow is week three of our self isolation, son is waiting for his fine to turn up for not voting in the council elections on Saturday. almost 30% of eligible persons did not vote and they will all be fined $130, good income for the state government as it is almost one million people. If you have a good reason you can be let off, but as they did not think a major sickness outbreak a good reason to cancel, I can’t see them listening to any reason given. One word from me cretins.
