Loved Chariot Run... would snap call another chance to play there. Sultans run too Loved the 18th with the waterfall behind it, and the elevation changes throughout. Going to get revenge on it in 2 weeks I think.

 

Wanted to like the challenge of the Ross course but was so disappointed in the conditions and death march pace that I couldn't. Been a while since a course did not live up to its lofty expectations by so much. A horrible value in this shape.

Sorry to hear on the Ross. I've never experienced slow play or bad conditions there in the past.

How has everyone’s season been so far? I’d say I’ve had an average season and have played well and poorly at different times. Been playing Sahm a ton as it is right up the road it it has been in good shape all year

Got back last night from a golf trip in MI with 31 other guys. 3 days x 36 hls each... I'm exhausted. Great time.

I've played a lot less this year...and a lot worse this year...lol....than in years past. That may be my new reality...I've reached my golf pinnacle and can only get worse from here....Oh well...what ya gonna do...keep playing away!

I'm good with that...haven't played there yet this year. Also will probably being playing Tri County or Royal Hylands this Friday after work if John or you or anyone decides to head this way..??

I got busy and ended up here in the office today. Next Friday sounds good at TPC in Yorktown. A 3:45-4:00 tee time would work well for me.

On a side note was able to squeeze in 9 at stony creek in Noblesville before the storms this morning. They put the wrong fertilizer down and absolutely destroyed their greens. Not as bad as that Heartland course on the other side of town but they’re a long way from recovery. Sad, they’re a nice little family run course and that’s probably costing them a bundle.

It was an added bonus to see the life sucked out of Sean's eyes when he had to give us strokes...that was really neat..lol...that and he called me bas&ard...when that last putt fell. That's the nicest thing he's ever called me.

 

Seriously though....great Friday evening golf round!! Do it again anytime I can.

Yes, it was a fun time, even if I still don't care for the course. Always good to goof around with y'all!

 

I cannot do Monday, but can do Wednesday and Friday after 3. Closer to Muncie = earlier those days. Tuesdays and Thursdays are a little more flexible, but not always.

Doc...I’ve got to admit...got a little tired of seeing white stakes 5 feet off of the cart paths. Maybe John knows what Winchester or Albany is like. Not too bad coming from New Castle...Tuesday and Fridays are usually good for me...after 3:00 or can leave early sometimes.

Ever played Meshingomesia in Marion, Paul? It's an old parkland course with lots of mature trees. Somewhat hilly in places and pretty. A good test.
