A buddy of mine hit a putter like this one time at the range. The first one he topped but the second he flushed a lot like this guy and "carried the hill" which at our range is about 230 out. Craziest thing was that this guy never plays and was just messing around with some clubs he got at goodwill.

Tried it once.

 

Apparently, they don't epoxy putter heads on as well as regular heads due to the fact that you don't take a full swing with them.

Best thing is he did it with an 8802 style putter. Top man

The most I ever got out of my 8802 style putter (GM990, the putt-putt 8802) was a 145yd. low, giant slice. Great for par3s with room on the left.

Great video! That’s up there with that YouTube video of a bunch of Aussie clowns trying to hit a gong with driving irons, regarding watchability.
