I need help for bare lies

The rain ruined the grass around here, and I am wondering if someone makes something, you can place your ball on in the fairways? Seniors here tee the ball up in the fairways, but i would rather use something that only elevates the ball about 3/8 of an inch, like as if I was playing off some decent grass. I played a really nice course and hit some great iron shots, because they had some decent grass in the fairways, but not the local ones I play.

Gather up broken tees from the par 3 tee boxes and use them. Great price.

play it as it lies and when the grass comes in your ball striking will have improved immensely.

Practice hitting out of the bunker on the range if there is one.

The tee's I play have integrated height adjusters. Push down for shorter and pull up for longer.
