2019 UA Golf Shoes?

Flashsole tweeted about them today. Pics included. I would copy and paste them here but I don't know how copyright stuff works here. I have to say, they do not look impressive, except that the outsole redesign looks fantastic.

I think it is same stuff that was on the back of the Spieth 2. Not positive since they will not arrive in Lubbock, Texas America until I order them.

Yes, the toe box and heel are a mesh/fabric. I wouldn't say it's identical to fabric from last year but it's close.

 

Hard pass on the white for me.. good luck keeping clean.

Yep, hard pass for me too. Not interested in having mesh fabric on my golf shoes at all.

I don’t understand Under Armour and there releases. It’s like the people on there website don’t have a clue, when they are clearly already in some stores. I went to my local golf galaxy today because others have said they have seen these in stores and sure enough there they were. They had the white ones and black ones. I’m a big UA fan and I’ve had the drive ones, Spieth 1’s and Spieth 2’s. After seeing the pics earlier in this thread I had already told myself I wasn’t going to be getting the Spieth 3’s but I quickly changed my mind after I tried them on. In my opinion they are by far the most comfortable golf shoe I have owned out of the box. They feel a lot lighter then previous versions. I do agree with others about the mesh, I had the white Spieth 2’s and the mesh on the back does get dirty and very hard to clean. I’m not sure how these will hold up yet but it does seem like the mesh on these is a little different then what’s on the 2’s so only time will tell. I know there are a lot of other UA fans in this thread so I just wanted to share my initial thoughts and opinions.

Not sure from these photos. Can't tell what the standard spikes are, but if they use slim-lok you can swap them around. I put standard slim-lok champ spikes in place of the rst on the Spieth 1&2.

Slightly unrelated, but UA had a Playoff 2.0 polo on their site this morning. It has completely vanished...all 9 colors, all sizes. Not sure if this is marketing for their new "Vanish" line (a necessary joke), or if they're having weirdness in their golf releases.

Agree with looking forward to seeing the white version. These look wayyyyyy better than Spieth 3 to me. At least they are full leather, or maybe the Clarino material they used for the Match Play.

 

Still overall disappointed with where their designs have gone since their first shoe releases. Drive One and Tempo Tour by far their highest quality and best looking shoes ever released IMHO.
