It looks like the so-called pic of the center shafted they have on the EW site is also the heel shafted.

In the market for a new putter. Might have to hunt down one of them. Also blueblood are the cosmetics of the MacTec different from last model. It was a good driver but I didn't like the look.

There are two new NVG's, the tour and the NVG2. Both are redesigns, flat, cupped faces, different sound. Extremely long.

It reminds me of the BG 5K model. That think looked good, but didn't come close to the original (full sized) version. I wonder if this one is any better.

I tried out the new Macgregor putters, the GT mini and Fat Lady Swings.

 

The Fat Lady Swings feels pretty nice, but, boy, is it ugly! I just didnt feel happy standing over it.

 

The GT mini was fantastic really. Didnt seem to lose much compared to the M6.4k GT. I loved it and I am trying to buy either the mini or the full 6.4K, buy right now Im on a strict budget, so it will have to wait till after christmas.

That's better looking. Should be good as the old model was good on the performance front but just didn't look good, in my opinion, with the blue paint.

Tried them at the local GG.

 

The Mini was toooo small for me.

 

I preferred the slimmed down Fat Lady.

 

So you'll get different opinions. Just got to go and there and see what you like.

The GT mini looks like it will perform and feel like a mallet...eg. odyssey rossie or the phantom mallet . :)
