Wilson Staff Model Blades.

Hi Guys, I am currently gaming the Callaway Apex Blades and have ordered a set of Wilson Staff Model Blades unseen/unhit.

Can anyone give me some feedback on how they play? Should be taking ownership in approx 4 weeks.

They're absolute fantastic. Might be the best feeling clubs I've hit. I've only tested them a few times but never played a round with them and compared to other blades they seem more forgiving. I've considered getting them multiple times this season, but can't let my Wilson V6s go yet. Wilson makes exceptional irons you'll love the blades.

They are a little longer (blade length) than your Apex MB and maybe a touch crisper with their strike. I also got a little more spin with them.

Beautiful irons for sure but so are your Apex MB’s

Great to hear! Thanks guys, I agree the Apex blades are beautiful and I am super happy with them. But the Staff Blades look fantastic and having them come out in LH is a must purchase for me I think :)

Will post some pics when they arrive. I haven't seen one in the flesh at all, so I will be coming in with a slightly unbiased opinion. Although I can already feel the positive bias kicking in :P

I'm sort of glad these aren't available where I live because I really want a set but I don't _need_ a set.

I'd still like to compare them to my FG-62s, which have performed great for me so far.

OP, what did you think of the sticks? I am looking at them as well, but am torn between that and maybe the V6's or Mizuno JPX919's. I've played Wilson Staff Pi%'s for the last 15 years or so. I'm thinking it's time for an upgrade.
