Mostly the same from 2005:

TM 580 Fuji Tour Release shaft

TM 200 Fuji Tour Release

Cleveland CG2's

Cleveland 900 52 & 56 Gunmetal

Waiting for a Von's SS398

Have had a TM 19 degree Rescue Mid in and out of the bag all season. I may drop the 3I, add a Fuji Banzai shaft to the Rescue and put a 60 LW back into the bag.

It's a long winter so I'll probably change many times until I tee it up again.

My plans for 06 include a few variations:

905T with Graf Blue or TM R7 TP with Fuji Vista Tour 60

904F

503H (maybe an i if it comes out here)

3-PW 681s or 735s

Vokeys

Yes Callie

I own all of it except the 735s so I'm not 100% on those yet.

Ty

I tried a 904 earlier in the season and was really disappointed. I didn't think it set up well and was not as good as previous Titleists. I had expected an incremental improvement on the 980, but I don't think it is.

Have you tried one?

I have one in the bag at the mo. Never had a 980. I had a 975f and quite liked it. Then I got a PT13 which was like carrying two drivers. Incredible club. Then I got a PT15 which was a more reasonable spread. The PT is a stunning club and incredible when you hit it well, but miss it just a little and boy do you know about it. Not forgiving at all. The 904 is a step up from the 975. I hit it as far as the PT, but get away with so much more. I like it.

I will try to play most of whats in my signature below, the only exceptions being the Driver (seems to have gone off the boil lately) and 3wood (nothing wrong with the current one though).

XDrive 405 with Tour AD M-65 if that doesn't work will throw in a Diamana Red M63

X-ST with Pro95 and hopefully this will work, otherwise I'll throw in a Diamana Red M83 and if that fails I'll just go back to the 904F/Pro95 Combo.

May consider changing to the new Titleist 695MBs to replace my Mizuno MP-33s which are a bit beat up - will test first. Wish Titleist would release a more iron like hybrid viz the 503i as used on occasion by Adam Scott and pictured in various posts on this site - though information suggests it won't be launched.

Other than jumping between different putters and maybe purchasing one of those new Never Compromise mallets, the rest of the set will remain constant.

Putting an R7 in, instead of the 580XD.

Callaway Big Bertha in the bag for the Titleist 975, getting too many hooks with the Titleist.

Picked up a second hand Taylor Made 200 Steel 5 wood, never played a 5 wood before so looking forward to trying one out.

Bought a 58* Spin Milled wedge. The plan is to change this wedge for my 56* & 60* depending on the course and conditions etc..

I will be keeping my bag pretty much how it is at the min,

TaylorMade R7 quad tp fuji speeder 757 (s)

Mizuno Mp001 15* fuji pro vista (s)

Ping i3 blade 2 iron dynamic gold (s300)

WilsonStaff Pi5 3-pw dynamic gold (s300)

WilsonStaff tw5 54* and 58* dynamic gold (s300)

but im thinkin bout changing my wedges for either the TaylorMade rac tp or cleveland cg10 maybe even Nike spin velocity's also might give the 2 iron a chop for a Cleveland Launcher 2 iron or a Nike sling shot 2 iron what you guys think?

I am changing a couple things.

Driver: Adams Redline Tour 460D 9.5* Aldila NVS x flex (sitting in my parents closet waiting for christmas!)

3-Wood: the same Sonartec ss-3.5

2-Iron: either Cleveland LDI or Callaway heavenwood. I dont know what loft yet. The rescue fairway doesnt go anywhere and i put way too much spin on it.

3-PW Irons: Maybe put the Srixon I-506's in the ba, but I would keep my rifles.

Gap Wedge: Just got a 51* Cleveland 588 gunmetal with 8* of bounce

Lob/Sand Wedge: 58* Cleveland 588 gunmetal.

Putter: I really cant wait for the 3 ball odyssey to come out, but until then I will keep my Craz-e.

Ball: I will keep my Srixon Z-URS

Bag: stays as a hoofer extreme until golf season when i can get my team bag.

I bought a bunch(20) of Srixon carbretta leather gloves so im good for a while.

I don't know when I will be changing (2006 or 07), depends how fast I get my handicap below 10

Driver: FT3 Tour

Irons: Xtour or Mizuno mp60

Wedges: Titleist Spin Milled 54, 60

Putter: Scotty Cameron Studio Style 2

Softer shaft in 3 wood or exchanging 3wood

I started to study in Hungary (I am from Germany) and there is no golf course anywhere near me ;)( I have only heard of an indoor driving range, but don't yet know where it is..thats why I am changing uni :help:

check the signature! Playing the 690's now. But not playing as much as I used to. So I'm getting something a little more forgiveness. I hit the x-tours and the mp 60's and I just liked the 735cm's over all of them. Plus they're cheaper! The 735's should be in within a week! Can't wait to hit them! Didn't get the chrom finish! Didn't want to clean 'em! heh!

2006 will be the year of what works best instead of trying to have a matching bag. Right now I'm leaning towards the following:

Driver: Callaway FT-3 Tour with NV65 Stiff or Taylor Made R7 460

Hybrid: Taylor Made Dual Rescue TP in 16, 19, and 22

Irons: Mizuno MP60 5-PW

Wedges: Vokey Spin Milled 52 and 58

Putter: Cameron Phantom Futura 35"

Making alot of changes for the off season and '06

New driver: looking at the r7 right now 8.5 deg

reshafting the G5 3w with Aldila NV

Hybrids stay the same

Going back to MP 32s, looking at either SL shafts or TX tour shafts. (MP60s already sold). Mizuno Blue full cord grips

Keeping the wedges and if I can ever get consistent with a lob wedge I may add the black ni 60*

I have traded for a couple of putters so I am going to spend some time to see if anything knocks my short 2 ball out of the bag:

TM corsa monza center shaft

NC milled #5

Ping G2i C67

so I have a decision to make on the putters

Ball wise, I have a stash of Rev tours to work through once the weather warms up and some Black Maxs if all goes well

Once a club ho always a club ho
