Score Golf's top 100 ranking

Well, what are everyone's thoughts on the top 100 rankings? I've only played 9 of the courses, but here are a few thoughts of mine...

I'm partial to Stanley Thompson work and I think both Cataraqui and Kawartha are great tracks and should be ranked higher, they're both on par with Black Bear Ridge in my opinion. I'm also surprised to see Wildfire has dropped 15 spots.

At the top of the list, I get the love for Jasper, but I just don't see it as a top 5 course (granted I haven't played any of the others), but I personally thought both Devils Paintbrush and Victoria GC were better tracks.

Anyone else have any thoughts?

Why not? Some are vastly over priced, but not all, many are private but sometimes it can be easier to get onto private courses than you think.

If Highland Links is #9, that is a terrible indictment of golf in Canada. While a decent course, there is no way it can be a top 10 course. That said, Cabot Links at #5 can't be right....It is good, but no way top 5.

I’m hoping to get out east in the next couple years to play both cabots and highlands. Possibly a few more too. I’ve only played a few courses out there but as happy to see Algonquin make it back. Curious to get back there and see these renovations they’ve done.

I’ve only played one on the list probably a couple dozen times. I’m pretty sure it’s only on the list because it’s a Nicklaus course (Northern Bear). Still really nice, would’ve gotten 3 more if a trip to BC wouldn’t of gotten Covid Canceled.
