Henry-Griffitts (hg) drivers. Anyone have more info on these?

A few driver heads just popped up on the USGA conforming list.  Haven't heard much about the company on this site or others.

I heard about them in the 90's but not a lot since then, it appears they were bought out a couple of years ago. Some of their equipment looks interesting, but the irons don't have the offset specs nor material plus the website isn't too intuitive - there is a bar at the top under the menu with a "movable" target to choose the next iron on the list as opposed to an overall list.

Yeah, not having a pic at address to see topline and offset is kinda strange and annoying.

An early adopter of custom fitting and high end clubs. Used to be very big. Randall Henry is the son of one of the founders and he sold the company a few years back. I had one of their Praxis drivers (2012-13) and it was very good. Has a nice deep face.

Haven’t seen these guys since the late 80’s. My pro had a custom set of irons with shafts the flex of rebar.

I have that driver and the TS3 iron set. I had another driver fitting recently and compared it to all of the well known brands. Nothing was better and I only made a shaft change to get better control and trajectory. My friends joke "Here comes the guy with the golden driver". I require irons to be set 5 degrees flat. Only HG will set up iron heads to my specs. Every well known company told me no more than 3 degrees either way.  Company not well known; they have never paid anyone to use their equipment. FWIW, my index is 6.1.

Is it really new though? Their drivers are always coming up in results on USGA list no matter how recent a date you enter. I think it's just a broken search.
