Anyone Buy Online From Carl’s Golfland?

Does anybody know or you can order from Carl’s golfland and specify a custom swingweight on a club?  Thanks

If you click on "customize" on the club you want, I'd enter it in the notes since it is drop shipped from the manufacturer at that point.  Maybe give them a follow up call to make sure that portion of your order is passed along to the manufacturer?  On stock stuff though that they have on the shelf, I don't think they do club work like that to adjust swing weight for standard orders, probably would want to call and talk to someone on the phone.  They certainly have club builders there though that probably could make adjustments?

Not really club related, but I bought a Sun Mountain C-130 bag from them last October, and about a week ago I noticed that one of the seams behind the large side pocket was ripping. I sent them a picture with my order number, then sent me the shipping label (had to get a box from a local golf store) and I sent it back. They gave me full price store credit the day the received the bag back and I have a new 2021 Mizuno Tour Stand bag on the way. Top Notch service!

I deal with Carls in person. You would have to see the facility to believe it. Racks and racks of demos. They have a full demo set (or 3) of every club they sell. Demo balls are free, very nice covered outdoor range, and a bunch of state of the art  fitting studios. If you order a club or a set of irons, it comes out of the warehouse, unmolested by the literally hundreds of people in this huge facility any given moment on weekends... Yet they have a ton of good staff and help is but a moment away if you need it. Otherwise they leave you alone. Carls is the real deal, the best golf shop I have ever seen.

Agreed, I am local too and never have seen anywhere that comes close to Carl's.

I'm closer to Maple Hill so I don't get to Carl's very often but have had very positive experiences every time I have.  Great retailer.  Have bought shoes from them a couple times online and been super pleased.

Another vote for Carl’s. I do all my ordering from them and being able to customize my equipment to my spec is very convenient. I used to order from tgw all the time, but found out after buying irons, countless wedges and putters, carry bags, stand bags, found out I was put on some sort of scam list or something like that. Went to Carl’s and never looked back. Customer service is top notch, can’t say enough good about them. Will definitely be a lifer as long as Carl’s is around.
