Need fairway shaft expert please

I'm looking to assemble a higher launching 3 wood.  Can someone please compare the following shafts because I have no way of hitting any of these in a fairway wood:

 

1.  Ventus Red 7X

2.  Atmos Tour Spec Red 7X

3.  Diamana RF 70X

1.  Ventus Red is probably one of the best fairway metal shafts I have tested.  That's saying a lot because I don't fit into large variety of shafts in general especially fairway metal.  It's mid launch w/mid spin although if you tip it 1.5 to 2 inches, it will bring spin down.  Very stable as well.

2.  Never tested it.

3.  Also another solid performer. and will launch slightly higher than Ventus Red with about the same spin.  Has a lot of feel but I didn't feel like it was as stable dispersion wise as the Ventus Red. 

 

Out of the 2 shafts I tested I would give the slight edge to the Ventus Red from trackman numbers for myself.  The only PGA tour player I know that has the RF in his 3 metal is Kevin Na.

From a pure spec standpoint, the RF is likely to be the highest launching of the three with the Ventus being the lowest. From a feel standpoint, the RF is actually a pretty classic "blue" profile and thus will have that smoothness and "hinge" to it, so that should definitely be considered. The Ventus Red would make a perfect fairway counterpart to your normal "white" profile from a feel standpoint as it has a lot of the same things going on (fairly linear and stiffer in the midsection) with a few characteristics that would make a great fairway shaft (slightly stiffer in the butt and softer in the tip).

Definitely not interested in a hinge shaft so the rf is out. I have hit the ventus blue and never liked it (I’m sure one of the few) as it just didn’t sync with my swing. I love the feel of my white 1k in the driver as to how it loads and feels. Will the ventus red feel similar to the blue? Anyone hit the tour spec red?

If you have particular preferences for the feel from the shaft you shouldn't be trying to use the shaft to control launch and spin.  You can't get the higher launch without the softer feel.   So stick to using shafts that fit your particular preference for feel and if you need higher launch/spin then use a higher lofted head.  It's a MUCH more reliable way to get your desired results.

I have the Ventus Blue as one of my shafts for my 3 metal.  It doesn't feel like the blue.  The blue feels stout yet has feel to it if you know what I mean since it's is very tip stiff.  Red is softer in the tip but at the same time stable.  Tipping it will not affect feel IMO.  If you want a that's similar to your 1k or the AV raw white as your sig states, look into the the OG tensei white pro.

OP here. I’ve been given some great advice guys. Passing on the RF, I’ve never liked the ventus blue and have hit it a couple times. Previously played the tour spec black and liked it. So ordered the tour spec red 7x and putting a titleist tip on it to use with the 15 degree head. Thanks again.

I haven't hit the other 2 to compare but I have the Atmos TS Red 7S in my 5 wood and love it, it's so easy to hit and launches high. Not whippy or boardy, just perfectly in the middle, very stable and feels great. I think you'll like it.

Are there any older shafts that are similar to the profile of the ventus red or is it rather unique @Valtiel?
