It's older, many covers aren't in the archives.

Last year the website was actually slower for a few releases.  Masters release was the worst.  Took me

literally 1/2 hr to check out and luckily was able to get the bag.

The cover is one of the better Mardi Gras ones. I decided not to get it. I tried for the towel and marker. Got the marker. I'll do the St pats or Masters Cover.

I was on right at 900mst nothing. Come back at 925mst for a 930mst drop and wiped out. Do I need to refresh for 30 min? Lame.

So much for Scotty's bot mitigation tech.  I went on shortly before 1130 EST and almost everything was gone!  Geeeeezz

While I continue to get initiated into the circus through trial by fire. Is there any trends from the lifers here?

I assumed being available Tuesday a few minutes before 1130 EST would be sufficient to login and clear the CAPTCHAs, it appears not. From what I can see the drop was actually 11:16 ish.

 

Is there any predictability to the earliest time a drop will happen. If I rearrange my work schedule to be free for 11 am on the anticipated Master's release day, should that cover me? Or have there been releases or years they've gone way off schedule.... 9 am EST or 3 pm.... randomly on a Thursday?

 

As someone who has an appt based job....I can make the time... haha I just need to know what time to make!

Well the drop happened at 11:15 EST so it wasn't really the bots.

Last year there were drops that happened on both Monday and Tuesday. Earliest release that happened was about 10:50 EST or so and latest release was 2:15ish EST with releases falling in between there. I don't think there were any releases on a Tuesday later than 11:30, the later times happened on Mondays. If possible make time available from 11-12 on Monday and Tuesday the week of an anticipated release and that should cover most if not all of them. But who knows maybe they'll change it up even more this year.

Seems like the website really cut down on the bots. Logged on 2 minutes late, but still got most of what I wanted except for the towel, which was sold out already by the time I logged on. Payment took a while to go through but it worked. Vast improvement over past drops.

Was expecting a release today ! Maybe they forgot to adjust clocks for daylight savings??  As soon as i leave my desk i guarentee it drops.
