Interesting jump in shafts from his driver to 3w. I could just about manage that shaft in the driver, but no way I could get the 3w airborne with a Tensei Orange 80TX. I've got the orange 70TX in my 7w and I love it because it keeps the ball from ballooning, but it's pretty much maximum shaft for me.

I KNOW!  In all seriousness, the ZX5/ZX7 is highly underrated.  My buddy who used to work as a rep for Cleveland/Srixon has the ZX7 and let me try it.  Sounds and feels really good.

Agree.  The CPO is a big boy shaft in every sense.  It's also one of the most stable shafts I've ever come across.  Tame the beast and she shall reward thee!!!

Maybe.  But I see a lot of pros putting the Stealth Plus and Stealth Drivers into play.

Absolutely! I previously had a stiff-ish Quadra Fire shaft in the 7w. It was longer than the Tensei Orange, but tended to balloon, and, worse for more, turn over left. The Tensei doesn't quite get the distance in the optimal conditions, but it's better in the wind and so much straighter.
