Question out of ignorance and not specifically related to SC.  Why do manufacturers such as this release them on the day of/or very near the holiday?  Add shipping and they usually arrive a few days to a week after the holiday/event.  Am I the only one that would prefer it to be a few weeks before, so that you can "celebrate/show off" the item for the date?  Id love to throw a Valentine's putter cover on for this week and probably last week too.  However, I would not use it next week as we get ready for Mardi Gras.

I’ve always wondered this too. But it’ll be ready for next year lol

I've learned that Scotty is going to do the opposite of what we actually want. We all want a valentines release well sorry Scotty won't do it but will come out with some tacky looking mardi gras cover

I feel like that's my view of 90% of the headcovers. But being new to scotty gear FOMO has me moving on pretty much anything I can snag.

Yep, that’s how it works. And you know that even if you have no desire for any of them, you can flip them for an extra $25 the following week.

Fair ball. I wish Scotty would make a mid-round cover that didn't have a split velcro flap. I find the split in the flap quite annoying when taking it off and putting it back on the putter. My gamer is a Dormie (https://dormieworkshop.com/collections/putters-v2/products/copy-of-dormie-chevron-night-train-putter) and it has a magnetic flap - goes on/off incredibly easily. I wish Scotty would release a cover or two in this design because I'd game it in a second.

I highly doubt you could flip the gray covers - it is a stock cover.

That’s what I said about the v12 that’s were in stock for 12 hours and are selling at 150 lol. But yeah these wont be sought after. Although I don’t think these are the stock cover for the new line just a boring release
