I absolutely agree.  Perhaps they are paid on a per word basis because they all plainly talk too much and too quickly, and what they say isn't always correct. 

For example did you know that because Brooke Henderson played ice hockey growing up in Canada she has always choked down on her clubs?   I heard this on the broadcast and it's just not true.   No correlation between being a goalie and her gripping habit.  As @Argonne69 would say "Oh vey"!!

There's no way you want a booth team of Kate/Trish/Ali its just relentless verbiage.

Thank heavens for Tim Low, nice mellifluous voice and to the point with his on course comments, also not afraid to call out the mistakes from the booth.

 

This is an LPGAT event, where is a US commentator, isn't 70% of the audience American?

 

Next time, have a US voice and a male booth voice to break up the relentless prattle.

Corpuz scoring a 7 of a par 5 may have miffed her chances, she hung in tough, I think she could have a good round trying to keep pace, still won't be enough, maybe Hawaii feels similar to Singapore?  .. outside of her, it's the Nelly V Ko show.

Looking forward to this final round, and hopefully no rain interruptions.

 

I expect Lydia Ko to have a good final round, not enough to win, but a top 5 finish.

With JYK and Nelly playing well, the 3 of them fighting it out at the top of the leaderboards throughout the season is a drooling prospect.

 

I am a kiwi who lives in Aussie and agree that the commentary lacks. Way too much verbal diarrhoea, but at least there is no Morgan. 

 

Its funny how the American audiences find the talking too fast, as I find the American accent has too long and drawn out words.

Each to their own I suppose.

Quick observation... (not watching on tv) Nelly is simply getting crushed on the par 5's by JYK since the start of the back 9 of the third round to this point (5 holes to go). Nelly even on the 5 par fives played. JYK is 5 under on the same.  Nelly trails JYK by 4 shots.
