Rory better switch back to his Spider X for the PGA.  He needs to be a plus putter again.

What putter grip is that Scotty Cameron grip. If you zoom into his putter, the grip has holes in it like the Pingman Midsize PP58.

While we won't see stats from last week, pretty sure putting was the least of his issues.

I don’t disagree with you.  Just saying over the full season last year he was 17th.  Even with a slow start this year I don’t think it was smart to change up right before the major season.  Hope he gets his Masters someday

I think he can have an average putting week at the Masters but he needs to have a stellar driving tournament which will allow him to hit his irons to the correct sections on the greens each day, which iron play is a real strength for Rory but he needs to do it from the fairways and the correct position in the fairways at Augusta.

 

Just my opinion.

 

Even finishing 17th in putting last year means nothing if he's not comfortable with the putter and I think that's wh he change.  We'll see over the course of the next few tournaments but not this week at Harbour Town cuz he's WD'd
