Recently purchased a set of irons. Seller claimed standard LLL. Upon arrival I double checked them and they’re about +1/2 in length as well as it seems that the shafts are either bent or not centered. The seller isn’t responding. Anyone else offer any advice?

Shafts look bent to me.  Where did you buy them?

Odd, almost looks like the shafts were installed at a very slight angle.  I'd open a claim for refund.

Those look like KBS shafts, which have been known to bend like that during normal usage over time in some cases.  Not sure how prevalent it is, but probably more likely than shafts installed at that angle.

 

Unless p7tw take 370 shafts and those are 355 taper tip shaft....don't know.

 

Either way, seems like a reasonable reason to request a return\refund.

Was the seller from this site? Shafts definitely looks bent or were incorrectly installed.

eBay is the site I purchased them from. I used PayPal as well as an American Express so I should be covered but just wild that someone wouldn’t have noticed that.

Looks like the shafts were not installed by TM because whoever did it used regular ferrules instead of collared ferrules which is what the P7TW use based on what I see online. You would have to completely reassemble to make them right including adjusting weighting if you cut them down and want the swing weight to come out right. Unless you want to do a lot of work or pay someone else to do it I would send them back since they were not listed correctly when sold. Seller may have bought them used himself and had no idea but it’s still his responsibility to list them accurately

That's my thought as well. Trying to work something out with the seller so we'll see what happens. I just wasn't sure if my eyes were playing tricks on me with it because off center but I'm glad everyone else is seeing what I'm seeing.

If the seller chooses not to respond, the fact is in the end they’re indeed 1/2” over standard when he said standard length(besides anything else) I would just open INAD, let them or eBay send you a return label and move on.

This is the type of individuals that makes eBay or any site frustrating. Beware of this seller.

Oh they noticed "my b" 🙄 Got caught trying to get rid of them to someone that wouldn't notice. 

 

They're ss so fast at digging holes. I'm a digger and this isn't normal for DG's.

Yep, you are right.  Maybe the lack of collared ferrule comment above is right.  Certainly makes it harder to get a shaft straight.

 

Normally if I was assembling a club where the shaft wasnt a tight fit, it would tend to end up with a more upright lie because of how the club wants to lean or clubhead wants to sag (it head is up).  I guess it could happen such that they are "leaning" strong like in the pictures... maybe they cured them laying flat on a table with the clubface facing down toward the table?  Maybe they could give them that kind of lean?

There’s no doubt the tip of that shaft is bent inside the hosel. You’re talking minimal movement without installing a collared ferrule that TM doesn’t require anyway, unless someone bored a set of Tw’s to .370, which is highly unlikely. Not to mention them being +1/2” to begin with. 
Hopefully you get your money back without much of a headache.
