I agree.  This is a very nice looking putter without all the "busy-ness" of previous Toulon's.  The bumpers are especially nice here.

I hope i’m wrong but i’m betting that these are tour only, or maybe future small-batch releases. Pictures of the upcoming line of Toulon’s with the milled “AI/TI” insert have been leaked and, well, they’re definitely not as pretty as these

 

Or maybe they saw the feedback on the leaked pictures and are doing an overhaul 😂

They are on here checking these all the time, so you may get your wish!

Why don't we see these being used by top pros who play Odyssey? Or am I missing them?

the small batch release last year was essentially the same putter as the brown/orange combo above minus the SB stamp and the finish is different than the SB release.  I picked up one of these tour issue ones (not small batch release) last year from a local shop who had one that a touring pro turned in to them.  Its a sweet putter, chocolate finish, great click like a smooth face, but my son needed a few strips of lead tape on the bottom after playing with it a few months.  Here are pics of if before lead tape:
