Upright putting stance looking for putter with lie angle to match

My natural putting stance is an upright position with a pendulum straight back, straight through stroke. I've never had a putter fitting but I recently sent in a video to LAB golf for their remote fitting service. Their recommendation was a lie angle of 79 degrees. It makes sense because in my natural stance, using a putter with a lie angle of 72 degrees, the heel is well off the ground. I knew 72 degrees wasn't enough but had no idea 79 degrees would be the recommendation. Whether or not 79 is my number, I don't know for sure. I plan to send in another video while stroking a putt as LAB requested. I just know 72 degrees isn't enough.

Do any manufacturers, besides LAB, offer customization beyond a lie angle of 73 degrees? When I check Odyssey, Taylormade, PXG or Bettinardi the most upright option they list is 72 and sometimes 73 degrees.

Maybe SeeMore can bore a head to 79° lie.

Or might have to go custom with a flow neck or mid slant in a very upright position, mid-slant is probably easier.

Bobby Grace. Great putters, and he’ll customize it any way you want, including a 79* lie angle.

That said, I think I’d go with LAB. Everything they make is custom, and they’re very good at it. I think they’d also change it and reweight it if you need to. Plus, they’re igreat, great putters.

Just find the putter you like and have a fitter bend it for you. I put with a pretty upright stance ( think Rickie Fowler ) as well and had my PXG putter bent to a 78* lie.

I didn't realize this was an option. The only fitter I know locally said they couldn't do it. Thank you I'll try another, maybe PGASS can do it.

Many won't bend a neck more than a few degrees with the risk of snapping the neck or just doing it very wrong all together. You could always just say do it but if the putter necks snap you're basically out a putter.
