Rock Bottom Deal Of The Day..

I hope this is where we post this sort of stuff.  I didn't know Rock Bottom did a deal of the day.  I scored a brand new Adams Tight Lies 5 Wood for $59 yesterday.

Has anyone ever had any trouble with Rock Bottom Golf?  I have not received a tracking number or any info.  I just cancelled my order.  Two days an no info and no tracking number.  First and last time dealing with them.

Some companies don't turn orders around the sale day so maybe reset your expectations .

I have dealt with tons of online orders from eBay to Best Buy to the average Joe to Microsoft.  I have never had to wait this long for any information.  The reason it is on reddit is someone on a board said message there.  It ain’t just me.

A 6 year old topic with a 3 week wait is slightly different than waiting a day or two. I’ve ordered from them before and they’ve been fine.

I ordered something from Amazon last week, and never received tracking.  Package arrived, but I will never deal with them again because my expectations are ridiculous and unwarranted. /s

I was not a fan of it taking until April 30th to get here.  And the fact that the more I searched about them, they don't have a legit phone number where you can get a human.  I tried, and they just named business hours and hung up.  I should have just purchased from PGA SuperStore.  About the same price.

But why lie about it being 2 days? We can see you posted this thread 23 hours ago and you said on Reddit that it was ordered on Monday.

You probably got the item from Amazon in about the amount of time RBG would take to even look at my order.

I've bought a few clubs, and traded one in to RockBottom and never had any issues.

So, they can provide a delivery date at the exact moment I ordered it, but can’t provide tracking within two days.  No confirmation order number, none of that.  Not comparing to Amazon.  I have ordered two laptops from Best Buy in the last month and had tracking within hours.  I ordered my irons from Hurricane Golf and had tracking in hours.  These also had confirmation numbers.  If any trouble would have arisen, they had phone numbers listed to where an actual human could be reached.  Maybe this is recent enough.

That's fine.  The site is 100% legit.  If you need something that quickly, perhaps you should have made your purchase sooner.  You ordered Monday and are upset you didn't get tracking info immediately.

I find it a little off when you can put something in your cart on RBG and not check out.  You receive an email within hours saying, "Hey were you looking at something?" or "Can we help you find something else?"  They are in a hurry for you to purchase.  Then, the purchase is made, and they take their time on the rest.  Let's not even discuss the tracking number.  Forget about that.  I have always received an order confirmation number when an order is complete.  It has never happened that I didn't receive one until this time.

So a company that's been in business 24 years that the OP isn't familiar with is impatient so he slams them on the internet over a tracking # ?  The worst part is he's defending his position after being told he was unreasonable.  I'll pass on selling anything in BST to him. My feedback is 100% and I have been a member from the beginning of this forum and can't risk a negative feedback 😟

Wait, you said you scored this yesterday. On Reddit you said you did it at night. So that is 2 calendar days ago, but one full business day?

Then here you said you got a confirmation saying it should arrive on April 30. It's april 17, and you expect to get a shipping notification with tracking?

Are you being intentionally obtuse, or are you just inexperienced? If it wont arrive for almost 2 more weeks, why would you get a tracking number NOW? You get them when they ship your item and process a shipping receipt. That's HOW shipping works.

Do you think they will ship it instantly and it's just going to sit at FedEX or UPS for almost 2 weeks while they hold onto it? You were given a timeframe when you purchased it, then you got mad and canceled it because you don't know when it's arriving.

Also you are now saying you didn't get a confirmation number, apparently, but then how were you able to cancel the order?

Because those are automated messages they have programmed to be emailed to customers about the cart. You're really trying to galaxy brain this, and FAILING.
