Is this the feel you are chasing for a good swing?

I'm always trying to learn what feelings you should have throughout the swing. When swinging the club, should there be a point where you feel like a track & field hammer thrower, throwing the hammer? During the downswing rotation, should the body feel like a counter weight to the club, and a feeling like I'm preparing to throw the club down the fairway.

LOL, if you’ve actually been a hammer thrower you’d know. If not then you can’t know.

Dont get hung up on feels unless you're working on specific things with your swing. What feel works today, might not work tomorrow. Trick is knowing, or having an instructor that can point out which feel you need to fix what you are doing wrong at the time. IE..I used be big on Monte's humerus out feel. Worked for a long time for me at the time. Now If I do that, i will wipe the crap out of the ball and block it dead right.

Your sequence will feel like it feels to you and it's a wide-open playing field.
