He got paid 150-200 mil by LIV if I remember correctly.  I don't blame him one bit for taking the money.  S***, I would too.  There's no way he's returning to the PGA Tour unless the two tours can reach some sorta agreement in combining both tours or letting the guys play both at some point in the future.

I actually enjoyed the last couple LIV events I watched. You can just directly stream it from their website which is convenient. Houston event came down the last few holes.

The driver has a lot going on, but I actually don't mind the look of it. The irons look good to my eye, I like the high toe and satin finish. The five iron definitely looks strange, but I'd garner a guess that bending a five iron more than a club strong had some effect on the shaping at address.

Gonna go out on a limb and say you and Bryson were in slightly different financial situations even before he took the bag 💰 So I can certainly see why you’d take the 150MM. Haha. I’d wager Bryson wanted and needed for nothing before he bailed. But whatever, to each their own. That said, his “man of the ppl” persona has to be a little disappointing for him when he’s not at a major and just working his day job “over there”.

Very bold move to replace the driver he used yesterday right before his round today, especially when he didn’t have to.  He definitely backed up everything he said about his equipment today.

no doubt it will. I think in an interview after he shot 58-61 the owners said their website saw an increase in 30,000 visitors on their site after his win! Probably more now. I have a Krank Formula Fire Pro and to be honest its pretty incredible.

The Formula Fire LD head.. I don't work for them and I think they could improve on the look and sound of it for sure, but over my 20 year D1/competitive golf career I've never had a single piece of equipment come close to helping my game as much as it has.

I have heard a lot of people say the exact same thing as you just said.  I have never tried a Krank driver before, not even specialized club builders in my area carry the line.  Maybe with the exposure Bryson is giving them they will start popping up at more club builders in the future.

It doesn't look the greatest at address. Its sound takes some getting used to but man you get over it really quickly when you see the flight and the forgiveness.
