I realize the goal is to have your product noticed, but damn is this gaudy. Either bring back the SPEEDER/FUJIKURA dancing script or head back to the drawing board.

 

I will say this though, the white/pearl portion of shaft looks sharp and has a lot of potential.

I like the graphics ... Only thing I would say is that I have hit a few white / VERY lite colored shaft. I noticed subconsciously that the flash of an extremely lite colored shaft coming thru the impact zone distracted me and it made me almost pay more attention to the blur I was seeing instead of what I was trying to do.

 

As a result - white shafts kinda give me a "cheap" sensation - Kinda like I don't take them seriously

 

Those graphics on silver or grayish might be SUPER cool - or Royal blue

I like the blue part, but it doesn't fit well with the pink and white. The transition and lower section, especially the text, look very cheap.

As much as I want to like it, no way I can. The turquoise/pink kills this for me and the graphics themselves are pretty weak. Especially when compared to the regular Rombax line, not to mention the Speeder tourspec line. Too Banzai for my tastes--which is one of the more sophomoric shaft designs out there (sorry, but as much as i'm positively predisposed toward fuji shafts...gotta call it like i sees it :swoon2:). I do like the white though, just need to make it more color-neutral, or at least less prone to remind me of Don Johnson. Don't need any Tin Cup imagery creeping up during my game. :clapping:

Why don't you have Fujikura send me a couple of those new Rombax shafts to try out. I do like the looks of that shaft, colors and all but as was stated earlier, I want to see if that "white flash" bothers my swing. Regular flex, and in the low mid 60 gram weights please.

I spent too much time spent looking down a microscope for the pattern at the butt end to look like anything other than a slide of bacillus bacteria. The colours don't really help it either.

i LOVE it! i love the graphics.. i believe it gives a very modern trendy look (even if its a shaft).. i think there will be players who like it but definately would like to see how it looks at address!

it looks like it is targeted towards the latest teenage fashion trendsters who have made the 1980s cool again. that 12-18 age group that wears tight jeans, shaggy hair, bright candy colored shoes. It's cool looking but I think they could have done better.

Design wise is really nice, but don't get me wrong here...The color selection makes it looks like a teenager or girly look to it. So it depends what market is this one for.

 

Just my opinion!
