That was mine. Got it on here from a member who got it from a ping rep before they were released. I brought it in to my local shop to make sure.

Likely stands for Bent. Ping epoxies in straight shafts and then bends the shafts according to head and arc wanted.

The best way is to send your request directly to Ping. On Friday, I had a question for the serial# on a set of Anser irons. Ping customer service got back to me in less than an hour.

I did. They came back with my irons were made in 1995 but can't tell me why an eye2 iron set "made in 1995" doesn't have a + in the cavity yet has the patent numbers that would make it a + or +no+ set. I'm throughly perplexed. It doesn't matter all that much since I'm going to play them. It's just a puzzling situation. They didn't make the +no+ after April 1990, but these have the head shape and every identifier of a +no+ set, so they couldn't have been made in 1995.
