hey guys and dolls, im new but hey i already feel at home! i went to play today and i shot one over thru 18 off 11 so yep me happy!

on friday, at the North American Cup in bluffton SC, me and my partner were facing 2 guys from the U.S and I shot 66 on my own ball (my best score ever) could of been 65 but my partner chipped in on number 1 and I had a 15 footer left for birdie that I didnt need to putt. (that was the only hole we used my partners score)

 

 

We won the match by one by the way.

RJG who did you play in the North american cup i play on the IJGT alot and know most of the guys on the team.......I shot 72 today in the first round of the AJGA Smithfield championship in Pittsburg.

Shot a 1 under 35 with my first ever eagle and two birdies. Obviously, I made a few bogeys, but I was just happy with the fact that I finally got an eagle. Pured a drive on a 534 yard par 5, then pured a 4 iron to 20 feet, then made a nice left to right breaker for the magic number of 3.

 

Got a tip from a playing partner, and this is the lowest I've gone all year. See how it holds up.

i played against Rhett Colbrese and Micheal Casca, in bestball and foresomes. I only played against Rhett in the individual matchplay.

I shot an 83 today in a tournament....but won because the course we played was so crappy. 3 Hadicap shoots 83 and wins the tourney...I dont know what to say about that. Second place was 87...tells you how crappy the course was.

Ended up finishig the AJGA Smithfield Championship by putting up a dissapointing 74-75 finish...came in 17th.

 

Friday I played in the Christman Cup and Won shooting 74-71=145

Played 5 holes for a buck a hole against one of my assitant pros at the course where I work. Heres the scoring breakdown.

 

Me: Par, Par, Bogey, Birdie, Birdie

Him: Bogey, Double, Par, Par, Par

 

Needless to say, I won 4 bucks. Also the first time I played with little side bets. Its fun, and intense.

I had my first round of the Ontario Junior Championships today, I tee'd off pretty early, Im first at the moment after a round of 70. 78 people are in so far and my score is still holding up there... theres 155 people in the tournament, theres a cut after the third round (its 4 rounds long) so I still have a lot of holes left...

 

 

I was four over after four holes but managed to birdie 8 of my last 12 holes to shoot -2...

I didnt play with him but I have many times before, hes a pretty good friend of mine, hes a big dude but I wouldint say hes very long, he loses a lot of yards with that giant cut he plays.

I shot a 85 at a 6900 yard course.

 

I was 6 over onto the last and i TRIPPLED it for a 45

 

On the back I was 3 over and bogeyed for a 40.

 

 

But I'm stillf only 13 so, I got alot of time left.

i shot a -2 69. i had 7 birdies. one double, three single bogies and seven pars. i had 27 putts in total with only 11 on the back nine because i chipped in twice for birdie. i didn't hit that many GIR or many fairways but my putting was top class.

 

it's the first time i have ever broke 70 too!!

Shot a 3 over 37 could hav been easily a 1 under or better. I just can't put... I have no time playing a full 18 holes...

played 9 yesterday hit 4 GIR (lol) and had one 3 putt (from 5 feet lol) :drinks: and shot 39 .

Shot a 5 over 76 by hitting half of the GIR and not putting so hot. About 7 of the GIR I had I hit within 15 feet, yet I was only able to convert 2 of those putts for birdie. And whenever I missed a green, most times I had an issue getting up and down, which is the reason for why I shot what I did. Driver went straight, if I missed a FW is was by a small margin. I'm happy with the lower scores I'm getting from a small swing adjustment two weeks ago.

+4 76 in my tourny today. Pretty bad after a -1 35 on the front and a +5 41 on the back but I took 2nd place.

played 36 at my home course today and shot 74 (36-38) on one of the courses and a depressing 78(40-38) on the other course :man_in_love:. My handicap has now dropped from a 5.1-4.7.

I shot 38 (+2) at my home course yesterday with 1 GIR, which came at the 9th hole, which is a short par 5 and I almost holed out for eagle with my 52* wedge; made par on that hole. I chipped in for birdie on #1, made bogey at 3, 6 and 7 and parred the rest. It was a really good day considering I only hit 1 GIR; I'm very pleased with that.

Broke 70 with a 3 under 69, from the back tees, over 7,000 yards. Best round of my life because i tied the course record on the back nine, with a 30. Lipped out putt on 18 for back nine record 29.

 

Score: 69 - 39 on front, 30 on back

Fwy: 9/14 - 3 drives over 300 yards...barely

GIR: 12/18

Putts: 26 - one 3 putt, one chip in

i shot an 88 today....saved par with a chip-in on a par 3......only 1 and 2 putted today.....i know im not that good.....i dont hit the ball very far but im getting there.....

 

im not too tall....but i figured something out.....i don't hit the ball as good with my iron if i choke up......so that helped a lot today...
