Nice swing Virtu, but doesn't look to me to be even close to the Patterson Clinic model. Doesn't look like the finger grip and arms not vertical with big #3, no pivot stall at p6. Based on what he says in the Patterson vimeo, I think Mac would say too much arm roll because of the grip. He says the finger grip requires only 45 degs of left arm rotation to plane the clubface, instead of 90 degs with palm grip. Not trying to be negative, and If I'm wrong on any of that, let me know. The lefty swing looks like Mickelson.

It's raining here too, but I was out in it, got tired of waiting, didn't want to take my new Casio out in it though Think I'm pretty close, close enough to video as a Beta version, and close enough to say right up front, it's inferior to at least two of my TGM patterns, which I'll also video.

I'm pretty sure how this is gonna go down - Morad guys will say not close and 8iron won't even post a current video. That's OK, I've learned a lot and have answered a lot of questions about Morad, Mac, and what I saw 30 years ago.

How did you know I was member? They wouldn't allow MizunoJoe username. Haven't logged in there for 5 yrs. Things didn't end well there over parametric acceleration/TGM fairy tales.

I'm supposed to "master" the Patterson Clinic MORAD model in a few days? I've been working on my TGM patterns for yrs. For a long time now, I've been working on eliminating unintentional pivot stall, and now Mac says stop the arms at p6 and hips take the hands low left. Can you make full pivot swings and then turn around and pivot stall successfully next swing? I'm getting high, straight ball flight, but 1 club short.

It won't help that I'm short waisted and armed either, so getting to p4 like Mac with a dime squeezed under the right armpit, is hard. Just getting used to that finger grip with the huge #3 Accum, and the forbidden flat left wrist at address is a challenge, but pretty sure I can match his hip speed. Stopping the arms at p6 like the other guy inthe video says Mac told him to do, is the most problematic. There will be a smorgasbord of nits to pick.

yeah, I fit our tour pros and vip's and do quite a bit of instruction for guests as well--also some employees. Cracking the code of the swing is probably more interesting to me than the playing part, trying to swing like 80's Mac is just a hobby of mine.

this is a mac o grady swing thread, im guessing all you guys are wanting to be morad. btw- I checked out your youtube channel as well, Id suggest stop trying to figure out the mysteries of morad and just focus on simple fundamentals. You have too much weight in your heels at address and EE, you can thank me later

my point in saying this, alot of guys try to get way too complicated, golfing machine,morad etc when their swings having glaring simple mistakes.
