Yeah, it was a little wet out here on the Peninsula today. Ran us off the course after 12 holes. Borderline monsoon conditions.

The only place I've seen Galvin Green clothing is over in Victoria, BC at Gorge Vale golf course. The rain gear was the nicest I've seen and the prices were not terrible either. It was too sunny and warm for me to think it would ever rain again. Boy, was I wrong!

I saw some GG stuff at Bear Mountain in Victoria. Prices were high, and I can't afford to pay retail when I decide to buy. I guess the waiting for a perfect size to come up on eBay starts now.

I looked up some scores and I am confident I could hold my own with them (no disrespect meant to anyone). Does he enjoy it and do they even give large athletic scholarships? Tuition is like 50 g's a year and neither my parents nor I is interested in paying that kid of money.

He got maybe 10% I don't think they give out much but his dads a lawyer so money isn't an issue to his family (must be nice).

From my experience there is not that much athletic money in golf at all . At my school I won't get athletic money right away . But I will get 11 g's in academic money for a 2.8 GPA .... So the most money will usually come from academic dollars from the 3 schools I've talked to . My tuition at the school before they 11 is about 25$ with hoisting and food included
So just ask to talk to the admissions office and ask about academic dollars when you go on visits

Duke is a great school man! i just got a job offer there at the school hospital a few weeks ago, and Ill be applying there for grad school in about a year.

The school is sweet. Ocean views from everywhere. If you can get a 1400/1600 on the 2 parts of the sat and have a 3.6 GPA it's a $25,000 academic scholarship.

That's still like 25,000 a year though. Probably more than my parents can afford/ I don't want to be in that much debt.
Hard to predict SAT scores but I'm shooting for 2100+. Probably will have to take it multiple times.

How do you find the fourteen wedge, is that the raw black finish? How would you compare them to vokeys? Because i'm debating about trying a pair of rm-12s instead of the new sm5s
