Do you wear a watch?

Watch, phone, and wallet all go in the bag while I'm playing. They all bug me during my swing. If I'm not hitting the ball well, I'll even untuck my shirt and push my hat up a little higher on my head. It's absolutely critical to be loose in order to hit the ball well. My watch (ultra-thin with a leather band), phone, and wallet are all on the small/light side too.

I feel like anything that could possibly get in the way of staying loose should be banished. Then again, I'm about the most easily distracted golfer there is. Once shanked a ball OB because I thought I smelled bacon. mmm...bacon.

i dont wear a watch. bothers me on my backswing. i like to concentrate on my game and the shot i have to execute rather than looking at what time it is.

I cant do it. Moves too much. But, I do play with my wedding band. You would be surprised how many wedding bands end up in the lost and found

Wear a watch at all times. When not at work, I usually wear a G-Shock (including while playing golf). Everything else into the valuables bag.

I rarely wear a watch. I have a farily light weight watch that I occasionally wear. I just don't feel comfortable with it on.

If a watch or bracelet is too big or gaudy for me to swing with, it's too big to wear

I do not wear a watch. I have tried, but find it very uncomfortable. As far as time, I use my cell phone LOL.

I was told many years ago that a watch can inhibit your swing. It adds extra weight and can effect timing and rhythm. But with the latest in equipment I see no difference so it appears to be an individual preference. I am not concerned with shock damage. If I had a rolex I probably would not play with it for they are noticeably heavier.

I wear a watch, but move it to the right hand. For some reason it feels more comfortable on that hand while playing.

I have been wearing my Rolex GMT2c lately, but never used to wear it due to the weight. I always thought that if moving just a few grams around on a clubhead or shaft made such a big difference, then I probably should have an extra couple hundred on my left wrist and then I tried it as an experiment and it seemed to make no difference so I've been wearing it ever since.

Now I don't have to worry about someone stealing my bag with my watch.

I never wear my watches when I golf. They move around too much on my wrist during my swing, which gives me one more thing to think about. The only things I wear on my wrist during golf are very light/thin wristbands. Even then, I usually take them off since 1. I don't want a funky tan and 2. I like to keep my wrists free. I wear all sorts of things on my wrist when I'm not golfing though. Just personal preference..

Before every round and before hitting balls on the range, I take everything out of my pockets and take off everything on my wrists.

I prefer not to wear a watch when I am playing but I have done so. I have bought a few Puma watches and really enjoy the Edgy style they have. I am weird because I prefer and only wear Rubber or Leather straps. The heavy metal links just bother my wrist as I have tendinitis and mild carpal tunnel in them. Puma watches are a cheap but cool way to collect watches!

I like watches and own a few, but I do not wear them when I play golf, nor do I wear a wedding ring while I am playing. Have never tried to wear a watch, I just think it would be uncomfortable. I have tried to play with my wedding band on, and it hurts! Fortunately my wife understands.

I voted no, but that's easy for me. I never wear a watch or any jewelry of any kind at any time. I have a cell phone. I look at it for time.

I started playing with a watch and now I notice a difference when I try not to wear one. I have a watch specifically for the course so I wear that one.

i cant wear my watch on the course but i do wear a powerbalence bracelet on my left wrist and a EFX bracelet on my right. Not gonna lie, these things work
