Oak Quarry was definitely among my favorites when I lived in San Diego
Man I miss Southern California golf, I miss it a lot…!!!!!

I have played there a few times and think it is an awesome track. Course was in great shape and the staff was very friendly.

Actually no. It would be nice to give some details about the course, etc.

I could post a few pics of some courses that look fantastic but in reality are not that great.

You make this statement: "[color=#282828]sorry im used to people being asshats online [/color] " and that is exactly what you do to a serious question.
It would be nice to have a solid review about the course...it really does make a difference. But I guess that was too much trouble and you would rather be what you seem "used to".

Im with the OP on this one... I felt the pictures were more than enough to make me wanna go play haha. What else [i]did[/i] you really need to know? I mean I go play golf at courses because of the views and hole layout and from the pictures you could get the feeling of both. Great pictures and thanks for the share! Hopefully can get out there one day.

I'm heading out to LA next month to see a few clients and friends down in Orange/Irvine area and now I want to get up to Riverside to check out this track. Looking through photos, this course made me think of a blend between Wolf Creek in Nevada and The Quarry down in San Antonio.

One of my favorites in the Inland Empire. Golf course is located in a marble quarry that was abandoned in 1979. It is a Schmidt-Curley design. Affordable rates and a blast to play.

IMO... No.

Pretty much everything in Orange County is very overpriced. For the price of a round at Oak Creek you can play a round at Oak Quarry AND a round at Goose Creek.

If you haven't been to Goose Creek, check it out. It's a hidden little gem in Mira Loma (Corona/Norco area). Fun course, great layout and always in really nice shape... One of my favorites to play.
