He was practicing with his belly/gamer so I shot the counter balance putter that was in the bag.

Love that he still swings the CG7 tour black pearls, and has the 588 tt for the long irons. Good set up. And I love the Red Sox on the bag with an irish reference.

Hard to believe a pro in this day and age wouldn't upgrade his clubs every year?! He's still playing CG7 irons that must be 6-8 years old and his woods aren't much newer either. Cleveland must be able to manufacturer the older irons because he can't possibly still be playing the old irons (they would have worn out by now). Why he doesn't upgrade his irons at least is a mystery. Good luck to a fellow New Englander and let's hope the new swing coach can help him out too.

Why would you think that he should change clubs, obviously he would if they were better performing but there must be none . He just gets a new set every year ,it's not like he's bagging the EXACT set for 6-8 years

Is it X100 thru out the iron set, with S400 in the wedges? One of the shaft labels looked rubbed out...

Im surprised how hard he hits it that he doesnt have X100 in the wedges as well, but maybe its a fell thing for the partial shots...

Those are actually Tour issued CG7 C stamps with a chrome finish. I had a set for a project that I never got around to. Little smaller footprint and less offset.

and he tinkered with some other irons last year (TC's ???) before coming back to the CG7s.

Going forward all bags will be Srixon, and you will be seeing more of them on tour then ever before.
