Who's playing a Scotty GoLo?

Picked up a GoLo 7 last week.

Just listed my Golo 7 DB in BST if anyone is interested. $300 shipped, or would consider a trade for a standard 35" Golo 7.

Has anyone compared a Golo 3 and a Del Mar?

Similar size? Setup similar?

Went from an Odessey 2 ball to a GoloS a wile back. Loved feel and look a lot. Had problems holing putts in the 4-10 range with it. Ended up re-piainting the sight line white to see if that could help. No different so went with a SeeMore Si3 with noticeable improvement.

The GoloS just didn't work for me. Pity as it a great looking putter.

According to the Cameron info the toe hang on the Golo 7 DB and the Futura X is the same, minumim. Has anyone used both and have a comparison? Like the feel of the Futura X but like the looks of the Golo 7 better. Thanks

Just had 11 putts on back 9 to save a round that started with 5 straight bogies.

Haven't played much in the last 4-6 weeks but have been able to putt regularly at home.
The slight hang allows me to release the putter but not have the pulls that happen with other toe hangs. Plus the damn thing is so solid feeling yet soft when struck in the sweet spot.

FYI gents,

I talked to the custom shop when making my order and they did say standard blade HC would fit the #3, actually that's what I ordered.

How are you guys liking your stock grips? I was thinking of sticking with the pistolini with +2 wraps to build it up a touch!

Built up a pistolero but wasn't happy
Also found it got greasy and thus slippery

Ended up going back to a SS 2.0

Thanks for the feedback, I may give it a try since it is basically free from the custom shop, I can always go back to the SS mid slim I have been playing.

I have a similar story. Been playing with a SeeMore Private Reserve m2c blade putter for the last year and love it. But, for some crazy reason, I threw my Golo S in the bag this past weekend and played a round with it on my home course. I pulled that thing badly. The next day, I took it to my local Roger Dunn and traded it for a new Cally hybrid. I didn't shed a tear. I still have my SC Laguna 2; which I like. Maybe I'm just not a mallet guy.

Recently got a golo 5, it is a perfect putter for me. Love the feel, the balance, and the size.

Have the golo5 in 34" with stock pistolero grip.

[/quote]I need two 35g weights to put in mine where did u get yours. my golos was modified with a new hosel put in and bent to 80*. Now I Ned head weights and a grip weight to make it felt like a boccieri h1-m

Also, I ordered heavier weights from a Chinese ebay seller and they took a month to get here. I would strongly suggest finding CONUS Seller.

Nothing I've tried comes close to the feel, balance, weighting, forgiveness and accuracy

As a matter of fact it's the only club left from '14

I just bought this 2015 Dual Balance GoLo 5 in a 37" and I can't make up my mind if I should try it or not. Tempted to go back to a bade newport style putter.

EDIT: I am officially going to give it a try. I had tried out a 38" in the store and the 37" feels better. 38" was noticeably heavier. Pictures don't do it justice. Looks great in person.

I have a golo 5, but I haven't putt well with it. So the that means it's out of the bag and I just picked up a Newport. I'm hoping it will help out.

Oh man, hate hearing that. I have a 2015 gold 5 dual balance and keep trying to decide if I should keep it or go back to a Newport.
