I'm very impressed with this slight toe hang mallet.

Beautifully balanced and finished

I've been playing a GoLo 5 Select for the past couple of months and i'm pretty happy with it. I cut it down an inch and I leave a lot more putts short than I should, so I'm gonna need to get the replacement weights for next season, otherwise I really like it.

Since I switched to the Golo 5 a month ago, my putts per round average has dropped by almost 5 vs the previous 2 months. Granted, the previous 2 months were dreadful, but I'm feeling very confident right now.

I have the N5 version (with plumbers neck) and love it. I also rolled some balls with a center shafted original black GoLo and really liked the feel of that. May look to pick one up....

I have this years GOLO 5. I thought I'd try out a mallet, but back to a blade. Really loving this years Newport. Might have to make a purchase.

Actually why I like the Golo
It's a hybrid of a mallet and blade as it looks like a standard mallet, has higher MOI but is milled, has very good feel and input plus it has toe hang

I just got a GOLO 7 counterbalance and it's fantastic. Very very stable and awesome on medium to slow greens for me. I also just picked up a Laguna 1.5 black deep milled (1 of 250 or something like that)... It's t**** on fast greens. I'm deadly with both. Easily the two best putters I've ever played and they are both brand new!

Im going to give the GOLO 5 some more time. It has excellent feel and weight, I think I just need to put more time in.

Recently got a Select Golo S5. Been a great putter to have in my bag. Been making a lot more long putts lately with it.

Looked at and tried the golo, its just not nearly as comfortable to me as my squareback no. 1 is. The golo is a solid mallet choice though.

[size=3]After struggling for a year with consistency with my Odyssey Limited ProType10 blade. I did an extreme amount of testing and after a SAM putter fitting I purchased a Golo 7. It's the perfect putter for me, I have full confidence with it and the feel is Great! I agree that its very easy to align! Now only if I could read greens better... :-)[/size]

Recently picked up a GoLo S off of the BST board. I've been putting really well all year from 20+ feet, probably making more than the average with my Odyssey Versa 1w. My inside 4ft was excellent too. But my 5-12ft range was embarrassing. There were days where I wasn't even scaring the hole. So, while I thought my long range putting was excellent I thought I'd go with something completely on the other end of the spectrum. Still in the honeymoon period with it but I'm pretty pleased so far. Had a couple three jacks at the end of my round last tuesday but putted better on the weekend.

Playing a Golo N7 with a Super Stroke grip and a 100 gram Tour Lock Pro installed. Excellent setup - I tried out a Futura X Counterbalance which I hated. This feels heaps better.

Too much toe hang for anything
longer than 15 feet
Same great feel though

Any other quality sticks that have a slight toe hang like the G5 but milled blade?

I played a GoLo 5 for awhile, but eventually sold it and purchased another NP. The GoLo is a very nice putter, but I prefer a blade to mallet.

golo 7 db, every round i get in, i love it more and more. ever since trying a counter balance putter, first was a spider si, then a ping senita b, now a golo 7 db, i dont think ill ever go back to a normal weight putter. the balance and the way these putters just want to swing themselves makes them feel great. the spider si is great, just wished the grooves covered the entire face. the senita b is great, wish you could pick up a ball with it.(you can in one of the corners but its a tough task). the golo 7 db, the best of both worlds.

Bought my first Scotty which was a Newport center shafted blade, hated it, played it a week. Traded it for a GOLO 5 today and my lag putting is back. I was playing a mallet before the Newport and I'm just not consistent enough on the center of the blade to play the Newport. My distance on off-center hits was not acceptable. The GOLO still has a clean, and classy look to it but it has some forgiveness that I need.
