Ecco Biom Hybrid's and FJ DryJoys Casuals are super comfortable for me. But like everyone has said, feel out which works best for you.

I really think it depends on what kind of shoe your foot gets along with best. If you are looking for a minimalist type shoe that really let's you flex your foot than the TW 14's are the way to go. If you are looking for something in more or a neutral support with more support than the TW, but still light weight than I would say the Lunar Control 3 or the Puma Bio Fusion. If you need maximum support with good arch support and a ton of cushion then I could not make a higher recommendation for the Oakley Carbon Pro 2. They are hands down the most supportive and stable shoe I have ever worn. They are a bit on the heavier side, so there are some drawbacks to them. I would say think about what kind of shoe you want first then look at everything in that category. There are lots to pick from now a days.

I can't believe the Ecco Biom Hydromax didn't make the cut! Hands down the most comfortable I've worn and have lasted 3 seasons SO FAR (several rounds a month - march thru november, always walking). Just ordered the G2's since I found a smokin deal on them but will continue to swap them in and out with current pair. They have removable spikes too and definitely should've been at the top of the list.
Ruling out Ecco as a potential front runner is a little quick to the trigger for me. If you don't like the looks, or would prefer to work within a cost bracket - no problem I hear you. But if you're looking for a tool to walk and play golf in, Biom Hybrids etc are ace.
Spot on. I can't get through 18 holes of cart golf in my Footjoys. No problem walking 18 in my Bioms.

The original Ecco Street Premiere is the best walking shoe I have ever worn. I am giving the boost a try now. So far, something feels off. Could be width or the extreme Cush of boost that I am new to. I do love the gripmore technology.

The biom hydromax, I had an issue with feeling pain in the ball of my right foot where a cleat sits. Nike lacks support.

I've tried several other brands and the Ecco Biom Hybrids are a cut above the rest, surprised there not on the list.

adidas climacools, they are light weight and feel like one with your feet. there is no break in period and you feel like there is nothing on your feel but get great traction.

I think the biom lace is the most comfortable. But they are little heavy for my tastes to walk in.
The zero is light enough, but not as comfortable.
I bought a air of Nike explorers. Very comfortable. The new biom hybrid is amazing comfort wise, but I can't drop the money on any right now as they are super expensive. I love the eccos tho.

I fell in love with the Biom Hybrid a couple of years ago to the point I have several pair now. Even have two pair of the Biom cleated version. Picked up a pair of the Biom Zero a month or so back. They are far and away my favorite! If I can clear out a pair of the cleated Biom more of the Zero's are in my future.

Quick walking update. I just wore these the past 5 days at Bandon and my feet have never felt better. My issues with running trail shoes in the past were two fold, lack of water resistance/proofing and upper to lower shoe build. Many non golf shoes are not built for the torque we golfers put on the shoe and the upper starts to become unglued from the sole. After 10 rounds in 5 days, these shoes held up well and my feet have never felt better.

I happened to see this topic this morning. I'm a senior and a lifetime golfer. I started wearing New Balance Walking sneakers for golf. I have never slipped, lost my balance, twisted an ankle, ruined a shot, or had any other type of problem because I was not wearing spiked golf shoes. Additionally, I do not play in the rain. I am blessed with being athletic and, of course that helps but, I always thought those really uncomfortable, heavy, ugly, expensive, golf shoes along with the accompanying Shoe Bag, Spike Wrench, Spikes, etc., along with the Mud, Grass, Dirt, and Goose Crap are; NOT necessary for playing a good round of golf. When they started raising the prices of the plastic garbage, along with the innovation of Spikeless Golf shoes which were embraced by Tour players, I knew that I had made the right decision. I walk all my rounds (Still 50 a year) and I know that if your feet hurt, your performance will suffer!
