How old are you 7 or 8? I seem to recall a lot more players in the world than just Rickie "focken" Fowler. In all honesty I could give 2 craps about Fowler. Im Poulter fan more than anything and since DeLaet jumped on board its full steam ahead on Puma. I actually play Cobra because thats what my Dad played over the years and like I already said really close with the rep. So little boy go back to your playpen and maybe your mommy will let you out once you learn how to behave and act like a man.

I think changing brands just for the sake of changing brands is just ridiculous as well. I have a lot of Cobra clubs in my bag but it's not because I'm a Cobra poser, it's because they felt the best and performed the best for me compared to other models. The irons are fit for me but the hybrids and driver worked perfect off the rack. Buying a club just because it doesn't match whats already currently in your bag is just as ridiculous as buying clubs just because they match what's in your bag. You're buying clubs just because of the brand they are/aren't at that point. Just hit the clubs you like the best. Who cares what other people think about what's in your bag.

You're new here aren't you. You have no idea how ridiculous we are. Yes, people really will buy clubs just to have a matching bag... we're nuts. And there are people that will go through 5-6 sets a season as well. Don't go raining on this parade with common sense or anything. I'm trying to work a deal with Taylormade before the Masters, but "my rep" is really upset I keep playing an X. I might have to go with a company that has a separate ball deal to make this work, but we'll see.

That's not bad. One step further, have a friend run you out a new club while you're playing. When he hands it to you, make sure he says... OK, went ahead and pulled that other shaft, but we think this will get that traj you're looking for. Stop by the van if you need anything else... then drive away in the cart.

I play Cobra coz thats what I was "raised" around. My father played so when I started up I borrowed his clubs and thats what I hit. Like i said previously we are close to our local rep and long story short. If I can get a staff bag at cost... why would I not? Lots more room in the bag to stuff all your gear and I never carry my bag so its perfect.

Norman coming back? Well to my father its great, that was his time. As far as stimulating the younger generation CPG have done a fine job doing that already. I guess its just nice to see a genuine legend backing the brand that he basically brought to the forefront during his era.
