HELP JAMBOY72 GROW THE GAME

Do you have extra gear lying around not being used?

 

Well here's your chance to help a fellow WRX member (Jamboy72). He is the coach of a middle school golf team. The kids are in need of any equipment you can donate. Last year I was able to donate a decent amount of equipment and this year I was able to pick up a few small items.

 

He did not ask me to do this or to start this thread. I figured there have been a few "how to grow golf" threads popping up and thought this fit right in with the spirit of growth. :)

The kids can use any and all equipment from balls to to tees.

 

I'm shipping off...

 

3 drivers

1 3 wood

A set of Cobra irons 5-pw

And a Cobra driver head.

I know you said any amd all Kadin but any suggestions on what is of greatest need or value to the team?

I know balls are always needed, clubs, gloves bags. Just about anything.

Last year I had a pretty good source and gave him several dozen new pro v's and a bunch of clubs some new.

Shag balls ok, or are they looking for brand new? I have a huge box of balls that I use for practice (ALL brands). Some are brand new, some are retired from my rounds, some are retrievals from the water... I'll send a bunch, but I don't want to be insulting.

Huge thanks to Kadin for starting this thread! So many of you have donated in the past and like Kadin said, everything helps!!

In terms of what we need, any decent used equipment is welcome! Practice balls, gloves, Etc are always useful. I donate any/all club work so shafts, heads, grips etc are all great as well. Regular or stiff shafts fit most if the kids but if you have anything, anything at all, just shoot me a pm!

various irons (MX 200 with KBS r flex)
Couple wedges

ps - I have various heads that arent shafted - is this something you need? Couple wedges and hybrids.

Whenever I go to the Salvation Army or RW&B stores looking for the vintage blades, if I see decent conditioned clubs, I grab em for this purpose.

These are King Snakes, an obvious older Cobra CB clone, however they are pristine condition with TT DG Lite shafts, so they would be nice for a middle schooler, though they are regular length so they might need shortened. They are 3i-PW.

The metal wood is a brand new Powerbuilt 3M.

I also picked up two draw models, the TMaG R7 3M & an Adams Speedline 5M(Grafaloy ProLaunch).

The shag bag(vinyl bag) is new as I won it though I have the Original bag(cloth), so its been in the closet for years.

Ive got a few more metals at home and I'll post em when I get home.
