Don't know if it was just me but the presentation seemed very poor considering what Billy had just won. Seemed to me like everyone had gone home.

what more was there to stay for? its not like a team sport where half the people are there specifically for the winning team.

i would bet you hardly anyone had horschel on their radar going into the event, certainly not when they bought their tickets to the event. and the gator bit certaintly didn't endear himself to the fans either.

at the end of the day, its only about friends and family for these guys anyway.

I think he is intelligent and honest but probably had a speech impediment earlier in life... believe there are quite a few legends in this nations history with a lisp, etc. And no matter how we feel about his interviews, his putter does all the talking that really matters.

good grief guys.... only problem billy woke up with this morning is making sure he has an accountant or tax attorney who can count high enough to cover his arse with uncle sam....If you don't like the way he speaks..don't listen.. Id say it boils down to a kid from the south, who has a solid game and a brass set wins out....some don't like it...tough... Don't try to lump him in with Bubba just because they originate from the same region. That's Profiling and Dave chapel says "Profiling is wrong!"

i think his interviews are great. If you remember a few years ago, he seemed to struggle with a bit of a stuttering and pronouncement issue, but he seems to have made lots of progress getting more comfortable. He's still got that "raw" feeling to him when he's interviewed, but it seems authentic and honest. I think if he did/does have a speech impediment, it's even more impressive.

I'd like to hear someone chime in that has some background in speech, because that's exactly what I thought. His tongue sits in the back of his mouth when he talks, like a more extreme Jeff Bridges.

Andrew lucks interviews are GOLD . I love watching his reactions and comments after a win or a loss. Comments like " ahh whatever , we sucked out there ( slight humm) " after a loss crack me up.

Andrew is as genuine and humble as they come and so is horschel you could see it in the both of them .

There are a lot guys who give great interviews that never get interviewed. I think commentators like standard reponses so they can get through their list of questions then throw it back to the booth.
