Got 3-4 yards more with flex, lower ball flight than the speed.

Confidence inspiring with the speed 3 wood size.

Speed for me in 3 wood, most likely.

I get total of 230-235. 240 if I am lucky with 3 wood hit.

Laughable by WRX standards. =]

well did my mini shootout for drivers today and the winner was the Pro with whiteboard 70... beat out SLDR, 913 D3, 915 D2, 915 D3 and the flex...

Great feel, sound and could hit the shot i wanted to... just heading to the shop to order one now... also ordered this to match -

I have that hat, fits me decent with the new back material. Only bad thing is that they made the swoosh smaller.

Same, usually play 75-78 grams in my woods, I think stock Fubuki is 69 grams in stiff.

I just wanted to make sure it wasn't like super light.

Felt good hitting it on the launch monitor which is all that matters.

If anything, I can throw in my current 3 wood shaft in there.

I have the Flex 3wd with the S+ 70s, and it's been perfect so far, I haven't been on the monitor yet, but comparing it to my CT Tour 2.0 3wd, the flight is a little higher, flatter and the Flex is so easy to hit off the turf and get airborne. Off the tee it is fantastic, can shape it and flight it. I also like the feel and shape better than the CT.

@minteq that's good to here. I couldn't get the CT of the deck at all. I love the look and performance of my CP 2.0, but the red just doesn't go with my bag anymore. I'm still torin between the Flex and Speed. The flex I'd go with the 5 wood and lower the loft so it play like a 4 wood. The speed I'm just worried about the stock shaft and it looks huge in the pictures. I like the look of the fixed hosel. Or maybe I try out the 915F (more shaft options) I hear it's a beast.

[/quote] i'll be honest - if you're looking to hit off the fairway AND the tee - the flex 5w set to 4w is a sick choice. i hit mine for the first time yesterday at the range, albeit off mats (it was 14* yesterday)...it's really, really good.

well my hat arrive and it certainly is nice - liking the material and the weight - XL is big though... little swoosh is fine when it is on your head.

also got my order for my driver in yesterday.

Vapor Pro set at 8.5* N with Whiteboard 70X tipped an half inch, playing 45 inches.

Spoke to 4 shops regarding prices and how much they would give me for my SLDR -

Most similar for the SLDR
3 shops an upcharge of roughly 70 dollars for Whiteboard
1 shop no upcharge

Strange the variances in the upgrade prices for the shafts... told i will have it within 10 days... still cold here in Scotland but as soon as the driver arrives i will try and get out on my links course which hopefully won't be frozen to play...

I've only got to hit a few balls side by side. My son was with me since I was off work and his school got cancelled today. I took him to my shop so he could hit balls in the simulator. He let me hit a few and then wanted back in.

My VR ltd feels a good bit heavier which I like. It has an Ahina 70 in it and the Flex has the stock S + 70. I hit them off a short tee..probably four balls each. Both were getting out in the 255-260 range. I didn't really pay attention to carry. My guess is the 240 area. The Flex feels great at contact. Very similar to my VR. At address, the flex looks slightly larger.

I'm not sure that I've had the Speed in hand for more than a swing or two since the demos came in. It is a lot larger than the VR.

The Flex is real close in shape and size IMO. The Speed is a good bit larger.

Speed reminds me of g25/30 as it is long in the back area.

Significantly larger against flex and VR Pro LTD.

I agree, I could not elevate the CT 2.0 3wd either, mainly used off the tee, not the Flex, very easy to get airborne, even off a mat. I have mine set to 16 neutral, absolutely fantastic. I looked at the Speed, a little too big for me.

Same here but d+ 70x. I was told last week it would definitely ship by Friday at the latest. Called today to check up on it and it won't ship until next week. The anticipation is killing me.

I went to GG right at 10:00 when they opened and hit balls for a couple hours. Boy am I feeling it:(.

Started with the 915F 16.5 and wow that thing is nice. Hit all the stock shaft offerings and probably could use any of them. Hit the 915D not impressed. Moved on to the flex 5 wood at 17*, MONEY! Just as long if not a little longer then the 915, higher launch, better look and feel.

Hit the Flex fairway today and the Speed but the Flex won out hands down. I MAY just pick one up tomorrow! Probably get the 5 wood and move it to 17* and just have that in the bag vs my 3 wood and 5 wood.
