True Temper will not be issuing TI version of the Dynamic Gold AMT until early 2016. Regular version is available for Titleist pre-orders.

So are the swingweights consistent through the set? I got a set of Tour Issue S400 AMT's. I put them in a set of 714 CB's and the swingweights were all over the board. Is that the build/ head issue, or is supposed to be like that?

Likely it's a product of the irons having swingweights that were not consistent before the switch to the AMTs. Titleist has never been great at matching swingweights across irons sets. On the flip side, I swapped standard DG X100's for a set of TI AMT's in my S55's and didn't have to do much of anything in terms of matching swingweights...one club needed a 2g weight tip and I chalk that up to a variance in the build by Ping.

I got a set of S400 AMT and put in 2013 Callaway X Forged, I only had to add a 2 gr tip weight on a couple of them to make them all come out to D3.

Working well for me, gave me the height I was looking for in the longer irons, and the tried and true feel of Dynamic Gold.

I've got a set of S400 pulls if anyone wants them. Put them on the BST but it was deleted. Don't know what rule I broke but nonetheless. PM me if interested. In perfect shape

I just ordered the Titleist 716 CB irons, 3-P with the AMT S300 shafts. I requested all standard except for a specified D3 swing weight so hopefully they will have more attention to QC during the build vs the stock D2 weight that varies a little.

Been doing some testing on these, well only have a 6 iron shaft but True Temper has something here. Not really noticeable when hitting it vs DG unless you have both side by side. Then you can feel the weight difference.

Flight seems pretty good and the slightly less weight seems to be easier to swing. Going to have to do some more testing on these but from a long time DG guy is nice to see something finally come close to the Dynamic Gold standard that everyone is used to.

These are real good.. I hated DG golds before, now they seem ok for my swing, tried these everything was perfect about them

[/quote]Nothing concrete here but should play the same. I've always soft stepped my s400 to get it the same frequency as s300, and I'd do the same with the AMT if I were looking for a set.

Just ordered 716 MB with AMT X-100 shafts. I haven't been so excited about a new set of irons in a long time. Anyone have any thoughts about putting sensicore inserts in these things? I've had 30 both surgeries and dynamic gold is a little rough on the joints.

So I have a set of the AMT S400 TI with the 36.5" wedge shaft. If I wanted to soft-step them once, would I ditch the 36.5" shaft and just put 37" S400 in my 50, 54 &58 degree wedges, or just put S300 in them to make them match the soft stepped set of PW-4 iron?

I have a set of AMT X-100 TI shafts that are installed in some Mizuno MP-5s, soft-stepped once, and that I put sensicore inserts in when I built them up. Best feeling combo I have ever played. Definitely not harsh or rough on the joints.

I think several of you are going to be disappointed that your shaft label on stock AMT you ordered is small and similar to the stock DG label. It's not the fancy TI version you've been seeing. A friend got his set early and the first thing he did was call me to complain about a label. Lol.
