Did anyone else actually hit the kick x tour z?

One time i was playing on my home course and hit my ball into the water on the second hole. When I looked in the water to see if I could find my ball I saw a kick x tour z. I had never actually seen one before, so i decided to drop it down and see what it could do. Holed the chip shot, and stuck it to 3 feet on the next hole, (par 3). Proceeded to play the holes i played with the kick x, (3-12) in -4, which is a score that just dosent happen for me. unfortunatley, i lost the kick x, and my score, when i snapped it OB on 13. My question is, has anyone else actually played with it, and what was their experience with it.

I have played it for a few years now. I actually won club championship with it. I compare it closely to the Pro V-1x with a little less spin and more controllable. (I tend to spin the ball a lot).

I have not played it, but I guy in our league started playing a Kick X ball. Before our match last week we laughed at him for playing it - and then he played a round about eight strokes below his handicap.

Just saw a commercial for this. I already get laughed at for my Wilson ball....can't imagine what it might be like with the kick x.

no I haven't hit the Kick X ball..BUTi did hit my Tv once when the commercial came on...Damn I hate that commercial!

Haven't played it, but I've heard the alignment aid on it helps you putt it straight to the hole, every time. :P

Found one a few days ago and played several holes with it - have to admit it felt pretty good but I can't get past the name of it though.

I wouldnt play that ball no matter how good it is. The way they try to scam you into charging your credit card every month is nothing short of stealing. I would also bet if you got hooked into doing it you be hard pressed to get them to stop sending you balls every month and charging your credit card. My wife would just love seeing a credit card being charged every month all winter long for golf balls in Minnesota.

I get annoyed every time that ad comes on.

I would not buy that ball based on what I see on the forums and what others have told me. Complete scam. I will say I tried the SNELL ball and for $31 shipped it is a damn good ball. Its not a Pro V1 / V1x but it performs really close. Still trying to figure out which ball it might be rebranded... not saying it is but for the price having a hard time thinking it is a new design. Snell did do a ton of work on Titileist though. Maybe it is a new design, I can say its a pretty great deal for the performance.

I played a dozen last year. They seemed like perfectly good balls to me. Not better of worse in any way than any other premium ball. The ads are completely retarded though.

They look to me like a rebranded bridgestone product.

If I ever find one im going to intentionally hit it into the nearest woods or lake. I hate the stupid commercial with the clown bragging how it gave him yardage and his hands never get past 9 o'clock on his driver backswing. What a stupid name for a ball too...

The Wilson FG Tour is probably the most underrated tour ball out there. My only pet peeve with it is the seam and how thick it is. Other small complaints I have is how they don't have the writing on the seam and how dirty they get. I'd be interested in trying the Kick X's...I'd probably play them more seriously than the Hopkins golf balls

KickX balls are excellent golf balls. Problem has been with wholesalers who handled the distribution.

 

In 2016, I got a one-time shot to be a correspondent at the 2016 PGA Merchandise Show. My sponsor was a partner of the KickX group. I bought 4 doz. KickX balls and got three dozen more comped to me.

 

Went through most of that season playing Kick X, and gave away some sleeves to seniors group I played with.

 

Ball had good spin and good control, and the putting alignment aid helped with short game.

 

But, when the supply ran out early next seaon, the distribution problems and credit card scam were already mainstream.
