If Tiger comes back, all eyes will be on him to see who he signs a club deal with. Again, IF he comes back, I would bet he continues to use his Nike clubs for awhile until he tests other equipment. He could sign with anther OEM or be a free agent and use whatever he wants.

There are a ton of pro golfers who have seperate gear/club sponsorships. Nike won't stop making golf gear, that has ALWAYS been their money maker. And where are you getting your Titleist shoes, shorts and shirts from?
