Nike Footwear 2017

Does anyone know if Nike/Jordan will be releasing a sporty shoe this year? I'm not a fan of the retro 1 model or any of the retro models, but Ive always like the sportier models like the ST trainer etc... got screwed last year when I bought the wrong size and they didn't have my size when I went to exchange online.

Does anybody know when do the grey zoom gimme's come out? I kinda like them, but want to see them in a more neutral color. Price is good and they look so comfy.

FI Flexes came early! I tried them on and they fit good, glad I got wide. They're comfortable and really flexible, they have the same bottom as the Chukkas. I bought these as white shoes I could wear as beaters/range shoes and not care if they got dirty. The only con I can see is the toe box has a slight wrinkle to it.

 

I think the price is about right on these ones, the materials don't feel as luxe as LCVs or AZ90s, but at the lower price I like them. I'll report more when I've worn them to hit.

 

Also this Nike perforated golf hat I got on clearance is amazing. It's super comfy and fits like a dream. Might need to grab another.

Fi Flex was going to be my next order, but Dunhams having the Fi Premieres for 60 bucks out the door made me go with those instead. They are reasonable, but after wearing them in my house for a couple of hours and taking some swings, I've decided to send them back. They just feel kind of cheap and I can't get over the wrinkling around the toe box. It's like there was too much material or something. I know they're only $100, but I am pretty picky about my golf shoes and I won't keep a shoe I don't absolutely love. They don't flex as much as they should for this kind of shoe. I'm spoiled by LC4s and Air Zoom 90s. And for a Chukka-type bottom, I much prefer the feel of the Flyknit Chukkas.

 

Sucky because I do like the style and wanted a pair of white shoes to beat up. I'll probably wait until the other AZ90 colors drop before buying any other shoes. I really wish my Nike store had a larger golf section so I could test more shoes in person first.

How do the AZ 90's fit. I have a wider foot is it gonna fit. I really like the look just not sure where to try them on. Also are they similar in size to lcv, I could try those on somewhere and see what fits. Thanks.

I would say they are pretty close but I'm not one that really pays that much attention to how they fit. I just buy 10s and live with it. I will say that both are wider than the lc4s for me.

I think they run a little narrower and shorter compared to LCV in my experience.

I don't think that is as weird. The Flex is the Bermuda replacement. Not made with as nice of materials as the higher priced models.

But the Gimme essentially is a slip-on, with the same straps as a famous basketball player's high top basketball shoe. Don't get me wrong I'm glad the Flex is less. Just sayin.

I also have a wide foot. At first I went TTS, then I ended up getting a paid a half size up for cheap and liked the fit MUCH better. So for me I went a half size up and they're not too big. They're the perfect fit for me. Although I will say I sometimes have to go half a size up in my golf shoes anyway, so it wasn't that surprising.

I don't find them to be narrow at all - I will say getting them on is easier if you size up. That said, the opening for the foot breaks in/stretches after a few rounds anyway.

 

They're currently my favorite golf shoes by far.

Just keep checking eBay. Thats what I did when I found the TW 13 masters edition. It took me awhile but the TW 13s are still my favorite pair of golf shoes. I was pretty jacked when I bought the Masters one.

 

Edit: Sorry I didn't see that message that you posted a minute or two before my reply. I didn't mean to pile on. Also, I know when I was looking for mine I found them by searching "TW'13" instead of "TW 13" and it pulled up a few more pairs, one being the ones I wanted.
