Can anyone confirm TW dropping on 4/1? Any in-hand pics yet?

 

Wouldn't hate more info on this myself. They aren't gonna be a limited run or anything right?

All the LCV's are up on GolfPoser - $124.95, great color selection, get em quick.

 

I would have grabbed all white if they had "wide", but looks like no go in UK.

I like how someone was so confident on here that the black on black LCV was NOT a thing and that it was the cargo khaki in the picture that we were seeing. An example of why I don't believe s*** anyone says on here until I see it, except for a select few individuals.

I dont think they would be limited, the only limited pairs of TW that I could think of were the masters colorway.

I don't think the TW '17's will be limited but probably won't sell well even though they are supposed to have the most advanced technology in them.

Until Nike agrees to sell me the colored spikes that match what come stock on my LC4's the light blue.. I'm withholding my money. It's a travesty to spend 200 on the Jordan 1's and be told I can't even get the red spikes to ensure I can keep them up.. unreal

 

nike doesn't make the spikes. look at softspikes or champ, the manufacturers. maybe they've got the color you "need"

 

They make specific batches to Nike's specs. There has even been a difference in the 'normal' spike vs the 'Nike' spike in the way they grip.

No chance at getting the original color.

 

got a source? i'm intrigued as to how this happens.

huh....from 2010. any replacement spike i've seen made by champ seems exactly like the zarma slim lok that is on my LC4. apparently YMMV

funny because i haven't worn mine yet but not a fan of the red spikes and was thinking of swapping them out

I ordered the Fi Bermuda's this week (delivered today but I haven't been home yet). But man, I REALLY like the look of those White FI Flex that dropped, and they've even got them in wides. Unless the Fi bermuda's fit like a glove i'm probably sending them back and grabbing the Flex's.

 

Bermudas were way too narrow. They are going back tomorrow. Might just ride out my tw 14s and wait for the flexes to hit clearance sometime in the future.

 

I bought the FI Flex yesterday, they should be here Tuesday. I'll let you know what I think and post up some pics when they arrive.

Just found out from my pro who called the Nike rep that they pushed back the launch of the TW17 to 7/1. Might be a limited release on 4/1 if there are some out there, but no production launch yet. Guess Tiger is out all season now. Bummer I know.

Actually saw them in hand today for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. The straps aren't as bad as I thought and they look a lot different than tv or pics on here and IG make them look. Those that are fans of Zoom Air soles should like them.

 

Wouldn't be surprised if the 4/1 release is a Masters color way.

Loved this slimmer trimmer version of the Zoom Attack when they came out in the catalog. Definitely will get myself a pair.

They're not really spikes. Labeled as spikeless shoe, and with integrated traction.

 

They don't really wear down unless you're walking on concrete or hard surfaces for a long time. I've had one pair since they came out with no signs of extreme wear on the sole after countless rounds.

 

It's a pretty hard plastic mold, so I don't see them losing grip for a long time.

mine show no wear but only about 10 rounds on them. the softness of the rubber sole makes me feel like they're going to wear about or better than my turf soccer shoes. which is to say that with once per week use, the shoe upper is going to look like s*** long before you notice any functional wear on the sole.

FI Flexes came early! I tried them on and they fit good, glad I got wide. They're comfortable and really flexible, they have the same bottom as the Chukkas. I bought these as white shoes I could wear as beaters/range shoes and not care if they got dirty. The only con I can see is the toe box has a slight wrinkle to it.

 

I think the price is about right on these ones, the materials don't feel as luxe as LCVs or AZ90s, but at the lower price I like them. I'll report more when I've worn them to hit.

 

Also this Nike perforated golf hat I got on clearance is amazing. It's super comfy and fits like a dream. Might need to grab another.
