Really? since when? i knew TM was for sale but didn't know there was a buyer.

 

Maybe around around spring or summer 2016.

 

Since then, they no longer compliment each other. No more adidas apparel if you are signed with TM. Don't think there is an official buyer for TM yet.

 

They are separate. That's why we can see Day with Nike gear on in TM commercials.

interesting. i guess even though there's no affiliation per se, TM is still owned by Adidas. Funny, that distinction means so much, as TM is in Nike's promo material and Nike is in TM's promo material. When before, if that "mistake" would have been made someone would have lost their gig!

Day is wearing a Nike glove. Is that considered apparel or are gloves considered equipment and they'll no longer make them? I stocked up while they're on clearance just in case, but maybe the 2017 gloves will release later?

The Tech and Sport gloves look more like baseball batting gloves than golf gloves, and the Tour gloves have a little more prominent Nike branding than in the past. I like those.

Looks like most 1/1 stuff is out now, added a few colors in the last day or two, have the new T listed in wolf grey now.

 

 

The one absence I have noticed is the Dynamic fit Pants, do not see anywhere other then DGW.

 

 

Nevermind, found the SKU.

 

They are named differently on NDC - Nike Modern Tech, and NDC does not have all colors.

 

Why does DGW have more 2017 Nike clothing options than NDC?

hmm.. with all the talk about the LCV sole being tough on greens, it's interesting they're going that way for a "bad weather" shoe. seems like a softer green is more susceptible to damage. luckily i'm light on my feet.

With the humidity, the amount I practice/play, and the way my hands sweat, I have to cycle between 4-5 gloves. I just can't justify spending $15+ on a single glove. I've had success finding Nike Tech Xtreme 6-packs for cheap on eBay.

Really don't get where people see them damaging greens unless your pivoting and doing spin moves on the greens you shouldn't be tearing the greens up

I am TOTALLY ready for this. Too bad the Bandons dont get introduced in the fall. I would have loved to be wearing a new set of Bandons, instead of alternating between my broken Bandons and a few other max waterproof shoes for the whole winter.
