I just really like the look of this version, probably buy 2 pair just to try. I have to have the gray/blue, hope it will work, if not the white in wide should suffice.

Thanks.

the black look sharp also. If the medium do not fit, and can't make the grey/blue work, may just go classic black and white. Clean looking shoe, sure looks comfy.

My thoughts straight out of the box compared to the original LCV1 straight out of the box. The LCV2 toe box is wider than the LCV1 toe box. No questions about it. When walking around the living room carpet, the LVV2 is rough on the top of my toes where the shoe breaks below the laces. I’m not sure if it’s the stiffer material or just not broken in yet, but it was immediately noticeable and rather uncomfortable (granted - it’s 2 minutes in a brand new shoe ((I get it!)). But the LCV1 is much more comfortable for me. The looks of the LCV2 are sharp but it doesn’t lock down quite as nice as the LCV1 in terms of cushioned support. Also, I dislike the LCV2 laces when compared to the LCV1. The LCV2 tongue is a fine mesh overlay - it’s unique.

I think the trade off between a little less comfort and a non-staining cloth upper is what the LCV2 brings to the table. I’m curious to hear what others think of the material and the break above the toes especially.

I've played 2 rounds in my White LCV1's while riding so I know they do stretch a bit. I'm undecided on which model I prefer as a whole. If I knew the toe break issue would subside, it would help ease my decision to sell my LCV1's.

are your LCV1's normal width, or the "wide" version?

Thanks for the review and pics.

I got my QS today and hallelujah yes...they ARE wider. The original LCV was too narrow in med width and the wides were too loose in the heel. The standard width in the 2s fit perfect! But that being said...I’m back to 10.5 in the 2s. My LC4’s and Lunar Command 2 were 10’s. Luckily in the QS I bought a 10 and 10.5 just in case. Glad I did. They look and feel great!

Warrick, I could only wear wides in the first lunar command Vapors (8.5W) or size up to a 9, where my feet would slide forward and back since I had about a cm lengthwise of room. Regular width in Lc4s (8.5). These LCV2s (8.5) I can wear normal width!! I actually think these fit better than last gens wide width.

well, this is gonna cost me now....lol.

Thanks, awesome to hear.

003 will be mine! greys and volt :)

I think the Volt is just on the sole. This may be the closest to the Wolf Grey neutral colorway we've been asking for

some close ups. still really like those thunder blues. but the dark also looks like it may have some additional volt accenting in tongue of the shoe

The accent colors on the tongue is the webbing material.

This is good to hear.

I wear 8 in TW15/Premiere, 8.5 in LC4, 8.5W in LC3, and I'm giving 8.5w in LCV a shot since I found them at GG for $60. Even the wide LCV are still a bit weird in the toebox.

Now, just have to wait a year until they go on clearance because there is no way I'm paying retail when I can wait a while and know I can get them for 1/3 of the cost. I have way too many pairs anyway.

The tongue shot

Is this shot after wearing them for a round? All of the loose ends, glue, and etc....they look super cheaply made.

Also comparing the two shoes, I dislike the toe box shape on the 2, but it may just be that color combo. I do appreciate how streamlined the 2 looks compared to the 1 though.

Haven’t worn them on a course, just pics from the box.

I had a similar issue with a polo I ordered from Nike. I think retail on it was $100, and it came with loose threads and crooked stitching. If they want to charge a premium price, they really need to increase quality. I tried posting a review about it, but it never made it onto the website...hmm...

Got the LCV2 QS today. I have a wide foot and wear 10.5W in the LC4 and 11W in Tour 360 Boost 2.0. These LCV2 are size 11M and they are super tight across the toes. No chance I can wear these. Shame, because they look sweet.

bummer man, looks like maybe only a 'wide" pair for me, which means no grey/blue.....

Just got these. As always, size 9 is perfect. True to size.
