I'm gonna scew your numbers a little bit.

 

Seeing I don't "play" as many rounds of golf as most of you guys, I can only give you avg of what I do when I compete in LD comps and practice sessions on the driving range(40yard wide grid).

 

This is what I did today practicing before my district finals coming up on this Saturday.

I hit 100 Pinnacle Gold LD balls, after warming up on the range, and got 51 in the grid. My "other" drives that were not in the grid, wouldn't count towards score anyways if this were an actual comp so yardages were not recorded(some were longer, some were shorter)

 

Now my longest ever:432 yards(flat grid with 10-15mph tailwind)

 

shortest ever:273(won my local qualifier with that one) only 4 people registered, and I was the last to hit, so no need to hurt myself by going all out.

 

Believe what you want, I get questioned ALL the time about my length. These were hit with 9 different Cobra drivers, set up for different conditions, just making sure equiptment is up to snuff before Sat. Some minor adjustments in my swing will get the grid count up.

as someone who once had long drive ambitions (I still pull out my 7.5* Alpha with a XX Icol LD every now and then for fun, but I've decided to concentrate on my whole golf game), I wouldn't dare doubt you. you've got to represent, and your giving a big boost to the 30-39 groups average :lol:. those pinnacle LD balls are fun, I've had the privledge of smashing a few on the course.

By all means I'm not questioning you, just giving you an opportunity to test out your LD skills with some of the best in the world. Especially with your skills. You never know what you might win or walk away with. Or perhaps you may have hit the 3 key instead of your 2 key for your avg, cause I know for a fact that for someone who "avg's" 350 better be able to hit it farther than 374 for your longest drive. Ok maybe I am questioning you, it does sound a little unrealistic hitting only 374 for your longest, but averaging 350.
