Shape would easily be a BB8 Tri. Such a phenomenal take on the Anser 2 shape/design. My ideal putter would be a hybrid of the Airstream design and Koolaid man (which I’ve always been a sucker for), with the airstream fonts on the bumpers, a fine milled face, and a Koolaid man stamp in the cavity and one on the heel of the face. Oh, and that stunning blue torched DASS finish. Would be such a dream to roll that exact putter...and I’m a short drive away in Milwaukee!

I've been a huge Bettinardi fan for a decade now and still love the old school look more than the more fancy new. But I've started to try more mallets than blades, so even though I've always wanted to try a FCB, I've got to try a DASS QB6 first. The Miami model caught my eye, but I'd go with a torched finish, no flange alignment line, just a top line hex sight dot. Micro honeycomb face with the classic Stinger engraved in the cavity and sole. Open hex on the face. Glad to be a part of the Betti world. Hope I get a chance to visit the windy city for the grand tour.

My favorite putter is the BB12, center-shafted blade putter with toe hang. I would keep the head clean, no special markings, and color it black and white with a black steel shaft. I would make the loft 4 or 5 degrees, in order to match up with hands slightly ahead at address.

Always loved the Queen B. I would stamp either my sons name or intials and the Canadian flag on it.

My idea for mods would be:

 

-Length at 38" with more upright lie angle than average (bad-back special)

-Minimal offset

-Softest-feeling metal/construction option (soft carbon? other?)

-Raw/unfinished look to the extent possible

-Honeycomb face milling

-Medium-thick grip, something around the thickess of a SuperStroke Mid-Slim 2.0

-Possibly add a cross-line to the sightline

I would lean towards this putter with a plumbers neck. Not sure if this is the best fit for me or not, but would be willing to listen to suggestions and fitting results. Minimal stamping but would think a huge “B” on the sole would be great .
